"Wally!" Artemis shouted smiling.

"Come on! Run!" He yelled over the wind. Her smile broadened and she quickened her pace. Knowing he was slowing down for her. Knowing he'd always slow down for her.

That was when she fell. Wally had kept running but she had fallen down a hall. Too big to not be here on purpose.

"Wally!" She screamed. Artemis attempted to stand, but her ankle was twisted, causing her to stumble.

"Woah, Artemis, are you okay?"

"I twisted my ankle," he held out his hand and that was useless as it was at least ten feet deep.

"I'll go get Oliver!"

"Wait!" Artemis shouted in reply. "There's hissing." She whipped around and saw the snake. Artemis started to climb, wincing every time she put her right ankle to work, in a couple of minutes she was at the time and Wally helped pull her out.

"Thanks," Artemis panted, still looking at the snake in the pit. She glanced at the her leg where a wetness was gathering. It definitely wasn't from the snake, it had been at least five feet away before she had gotten out of the pit. Artemis leaned her head against Wally's shoulder.

"That's enough excitement for one morning, come on, let's go back." Wally helped her up and she limped back to the building.

An hour later.

"You seems fine," Dinah said, glancing the bandage. "The snake wasn't poisonous and a twisted ankle is probably close to nothing from what injuries you've withstood." Artemis nodded. After cleaning her ankle she had noticed that somehow the snake had bitten her and she immediately went to Dinah. Dinah had proceeded to do an entire checkup to make sure the snake wasn't poisonous.

"Were you aware of the fact that there was a giant hole in the forest?"

"I wasn't," Dinah set down a glass a water and nodded towards it. "Drink that, then you're good to go." Artemis nodded and gulped down the water, wanting to be out of this room with it's cold sterile walls and smell of medicine.

"I'll see you later today, then?" Artemis asked.

"No, I was about to inform you we wouldn't have a session today, I have some personal errands I have to run." Artemis nodded.

"Bye, have a nice day," she nodded before standing and leaving.

----------------------------------------------

"What are you doing, Wally?" Artemis asked, her eyesight blocked by his hands.

"We are having a romantic dinner on top of the roof."

"Does Dinah know about this?"

"She left and RT never comes up here or checks on us so we're all good."

"I assume everyone else knows this."

"Yeah, there's another reason no one goes into Roy and Kaldur's room where Dinah's gone." Artemis laughed and kissed his cheek, Wally grinned and sat down.

Artemis laid next to him, her gaze turned to the sky.

"It's pretty," she stated, looking up at the dark sky. She breathed the cold air and grasped his hand.

"It's smoggy." She smirked and left a small kiss on his hand.

"That's not very romantic, let's count the stars."
