"Kokichi! Wait up!" A familiar red haired girl trying to catch up with me again. She's the nicest person in the world. I wish that there was only me, and her... that would make everything easier... "H-Himiko! G-Good morning..." I stuttered, turning my back to look over to her. She's a bit shorter than me, but of course, we are both short, so I'm not the one to complain. "So... what are you planning to do this afternoon?" Himiko questioned as I shook my head as an 'I don't know'. "Hm... If so, then can you hang out with me? You're not busy, aren't you?" Himiko questioned again, this time she leaned her face a little bit too close to mine so I decided to step back a bit.

"U-Um yeah! I-I'm n-not busy o-or anything..." I stuttered, I can say my face can compare to Himiko's hair right now... (Readers: Overused jokeeeee!!!) I decided to continue to walk to school with Himiko. She didn't know that I got bullied, she just... doesn't follow the school's news about those stuff, so she didn't know... And I didn't want to tell her... I just... Don't want to. I got to class and sat down on a chair of my desk. Everyone is talking to each other, and some kids are looking with me with disgust in their eyes. It made me feel a bit down, but I just need to not notice it right?

I only hoped for the bell would quickly ring so that I could just get out of class and hang out with Himiko... That's all I've ever wanted. With some patience putting on the time, the bell finally rang. All I could ever think of was getting to the place we could actually meet up. The red haired girl were already there by the time I made it. "O-Oh Himiko! D-Did you wait for long?" I asked and she only shook her head. "Nope! Also, did you not bring your lunch again?" She frowned upon seeing me not bringing my bento box again.

"O-Oh, it's okay, I can just not eat-" "No! You can eat with me! I mean I would share!" Himiko assured and took out her's. "A-Are you sure-?" "Yeah, now sit down!" Himiko smiled and dig her chopstick in. She hold up a piece of sushi and signaled me to open my mouth. After chewing the food, she began eating on her own too. It was a peaceful lunch time, until the bell rang up again. "Aww man, well, it sucks but see you after school then?" Himiko look at me, I just nodded my head, didn't really want to speak up.

"Come on, Kokichi, you gotta be more talkative. alright? Anyway, off to class I go!" After she left, my mood suddenly went down too. With her beside me, it's different from what I feel when I'm around my classmates, my teacher or anyone... Maybe... I'm in love? Would she even accept me? I don't think she'd ever accept anyone like me... I really hate this feeling... But... At the same time, maybe loving isn't that bad... Maybe she'd love my back...

After school, I went to the gate to see Himiko waving at me. I rushed up to her with a smile. "Hey Kokichi, in a good mood?" She asked as I nod. "Yeah..." "Well, I got something to tell you!" She then jogged in front of me with a happy mood and I just tilt my head. "What is it?" I asked. "Well... I wanna say that... I like someone..." Himiko said and played with a strand of her short hair. "Wait... Really...?" I trembled... She likes someone? Of course, someone as low as me wouldn't even deserve her love... What was I even thinking about?

"Yeah, really!... Do you wanna know who it is?" Himiko asked and I only nodded slowly. I didn't wanna know, but what other choice do I got? "Well, for that, you have to close your eyes!" The female grins and I just do what she says. I don't exactly know why she asked me to do that... But...

I slowly felt something was coming towards me, then I could feel something soft touching my cheek. After that I opened my eyes and... Himiko is kissing my cheek?! "Well... That person is you... I get it of you don't like me but-" Without any questions, or hesitations, I picked up all of my courage and pulled her into a kiss. Maybe that's how our relationship would begin. I wanna know Himiko better, and I definitely want to make her happy...

"I... Love you too..."
