Arthur walked towards Merlin's room yelling.
"Merlin!" Everybody jumped out of his path, knowing that nothing can stop him from finding his manservant. He opened the door to the physician's chambers, but Merlin wasn't there
"Merlin!" He shouted and that's when he heard it.
"Yes, father?" A small voice, a child's voice. Wait... did he just call him father? Arthur stormed through the chambers and opened the door, but instead of seeing Merlin there, there was a child, naked, trying to get some clothes that fit him.
"Merlin?" Arthur asked, unsure. The kid turned around and smiled at him.
"Are you my father?" The boy asked, hopeful.
"No, no I'm not." Arthur was still confused. Merlin pouted and he looked at Arthur with big blue eyes filled with sadness.
"Alright, alright." Arthur sighed. And Merlin smiled.
"Yay!" He ran towards Arthur and hugged him. Arthur smiled uncomfortably at the child and hugged him back.
"Let's find some clothing for you." Arthur looked around and noticed a chest. He opened it and there were children clothing. He looked at Merlin, then at the clothing and started searching. He found a red shirt and brown trousers. He then walked towards Merlin and gave him the clothing.
"Can you help me?" Merlin asked with his big blue eyes filled with hope. Arthur smiled and helped him with his clothes. When they were done, Merlin straightened his back and looked really proud.
"Don't tell mommy that I asked for help." Merlin looked back to Arthur, a mischievous glint in his eyes before he tackled Arthur and laughed. Arthur pulled the boy close to him and held him in a hug. And that's how Gwaine found them.
