Chapter 5 Realisation and Unveil (Ian's pov)

We are on time as always. I parked my car in the office garage or should I say my personal parking space and I got out of my car. Roy took his MacBook and followed me to the lift. I pressed the remote control once again to lock the car and started to walk toward our private lift only for Me, Roy, Andrea, Rhianna and of course if I had my assistant he or she can use the lift with us we step into the lift on the same time. We didn't speak as we are going up. We both walk out off the lift as our floor came. Andrea and Rhianna caught us entering they walk towards us . Andrea and Rhianna wished me and Roy good morning as we nod simultaneously. I reached out to Andrea and asked her what is the schedule for today even though I remember everything just to recall. Roy stood near me to check his schedule. " Andrea Mr George is going to attend the EIC meeting just reschedule all the other programs for him he is not going to attend the assistant candidate interview with me". Andrea opened her mouth to say something but she shut her mouth " yes sir I will, Mr George I would like to give you the details for the meeting you're going to attend if you like ." She said ." Yeah Andrea follow me to my room" he said before he leaves I patted his back and he walked towards his room without giving me a glance. I know he is still pissed off but he will be fine, we will be fine. "Rhianna" I called out loud her name almost the whole workplace stopped for a sec and people stare at me. Rhianna run towards me and said "yes sir" in her nervous and cracky voice. "What is the time Miss Brianna I mean my candidate is going to come for the interview". She look at her Ipad and scroll through it and said "sharp at 9 am sir" she said I walk towards my room with a smirk it has been 5 years Bri we didn't talk through the phone or meet in person but your finally gonna be here in my office as my assistant this is going to be interesting with that thought I took my seat as I was waiting for my candidate to enter. It is only 8 am the time is not running at all I can't wait in suspense. How do you look like Bri? Are you with the same bitchy rich girl attitude or you have changed. I smirk at the thoughts. I heard a knock on my door as I cut my thoughts from my head I said "come in" Andrea walked in her heels, the heels are clicking on my floor and making annoying sounds. "Sir unfortunately you have to do Mr George's ( George is Roy's first name his middle name is Roy yeah I know weird but that's how everyone call him at least who are really close to him call him Roy) video conference meeting now because he is going to go for the EIC meeting he will take at least 2 hours to get back here. He have to do this video conference call to our investors who is currently in a flight to Russia so.... "Yeah Andrea I will take care of it just give me the details then I will take it from there thanks" I said by smiling at her. She knows how much it piss me off if someone add extra work on my schedule, but it's fine because I ask Roy to do the EIC meeting. She send me the details of the New project that we gonna sign and I have to discuss about the new project to the investors. I pressed the Skype icon in my MacBook and ring to the investors. It had been a hour or so I finished the deal and we are happy what we have come up with the new project. The investors ready to start the project, as I closed my Mac I got a call from my office front desk I picked up the call to answer. " Sir Miss Brianna is here... Uh... Um.... Are you finished with your video conference. Or you still talking to them because if you let me know, Miss Brianna can hold for while until your finished with the call".

I couldn't process whatever she said after she said Brianna is here I couldn't able to recall those words my heart skipped a beat when I heard those words "Miss. Brianna. Is. Here." "Sir ?". She called me that makes me to get back to the present. (Clearing throat) "um.... Yeah let her in I am finished with the video conference with our investors thank you Rhianna". I said i hang up the call and I don't know what am I going to do now should I sit on my desk or stand near the desk what should I do omg is everything is neat in here in my room I was walking here and there to check my room but it is too late my door open and I heard a thud, she is here. I was in a dilemma whether I should turn towards her and say hi or not but before that I heard a pleasant yet bold voice saying "hey you fucking bitch" woah!! She is changed a lot her voice is the most annoying thing you can hear everytime but she won't swear like this her father will be mad at her if she is cussing. I choose to say hi to her so I turn towards my door and I saw a tall gingerly hair girl who is in pencil skirt and a white formal shirt,well dressed Brianna I said to myself, but still I couldn't able to see her face she is still in the entrance and she's facing towards the outside of the room by holding the door that hides her beautiful face and half of her body. I smirk at myself. I walk towards her and I said "Hi Miss Brianna" by stretching my hand for a handshake and finally her attention came towards me she remove her hand from the door which she was holding the automatic door closed, she moved forward her face is finally revealed and I saw her face going pale to bloody red, she has a dark ocean blue eyes. If I recall Bri doesn't have blue coloured eyes her's is brown. Gingerly hair is in her waist length which is curled up neatly. Bri doesn't have this colour hair she is a red head. She is head to head for me she might be 6'0 foot tall but then I noticed her nervous legs she had her heels on, but still she will be at least 5'8 foot . Still Brianna was shorter than most of the girls in my class, is she had or done any plastic surgery or something in London? she looks completely different. Her cold and shaky hands touched my palm that made me to slip out of my thoughts in my head. I gave her a brisk handshake. After she removed her hand from my hold I said " good morning Miss Brianna" and I waited for her to respond. I am still confused. Is it our Bri, MY Bri this can't be her or she is really changed if it is MY Bri she will be talking like anything, she couldn't able to zip her mouth even for a sec in our school times but she is so silent and calm over here or it is may be because of me, is my presence making her nervous? or is it because we didn't end things well or may be the workplace making her nervous and more calm after all it is her interview today with me so maybe... (clearing throat) "mmm... Actually Mr..." Her voice again made me pull myself back to the presence. She didn't even remember my name god damn it. I helped her. "William Miss Brianna" I said. "Yeah... Yeah Mr William actually my name is not Brianna and I don't think I should be here", I stare at her in a confused expression if she is not Brianna then who is she? or is she playing with me like she does when she was in school for god sake grow up Bri. I asked "then why are you here?". She was turning more red than I ever seen, when I was in school she was really pale so she used to tan herself by using cosmetics and stuff but now she looks so red and it looks good on her." Sorry Beg your pardon" her voice cut my thoughts and I just raised my eyebrow and gave her a really- Brianna-you-don't-know-what-i-am-talking- about look and I gave her my signature smirk. Her eyes is doing something to me is that a contact lens or something. I couldn't able to withstand her eyes the way she is seeing me holy shit!! breathe taking. I walk away from her so I won't show her how she really making me feel after all these many years. I was facing the city and enjoying the view from the glass window. I got an idea may be I should tease her a bit like she is teasing me like she doesn't even remember my name she doesn't even know me. I should tease her. That thought put a smirk on my face. I said "Miss what ever you're. I was expecting a candidate for the interview not a moron" I waited for her response it was immediate ."Mr William I am not whatever. I have a name you can call me Ray and I really don't want to be here . Your fucking employees throw me into this office I shouldn't be attending this interview I should be attending the interview for finance manager position. I am not a moron those fucking bitches they are...." Whoa whoa slow down young lady calm yourself down so If your not Brianna then where is she and who are you?. I open my mouth to ask her who is she and why is she here if she doesn't wanted to be her but I didn't for some reason. Ian what have you done you were thinking that Bri is in front of you all this time and you got intimated by this girl. Ok Ian you created this mess now you have to fix it. I walked slowly towards her by seeing her eyes. I don't know why I don't want to break the eye contact with her but when she cut our eye contact by staring at her shoes I was bit disappointed. When I finally stood infornt of her she was breathing like she is suffering to breathe I can sense she is tensed or intimated by me, so she is also intimated by me I thought good I have some effect on her . I have to end this right now. I said "Miss Whatever you're. Thank god we didn't hire you for the finance manager posting". She asked "What?" her voice is indicating me she is pissed off. I am also pissed, why you should be here for my bri's interview, why should I imagine you as my Bri and I thought and hoped she has changed a lot and why are you looking beautiful. Beautiful than my Bri and because of that I got intimated by you. I have to stop this right now or else I will hire you because your beautiful and I will convince myself that you might be my Bri that shouldn't happen in here and I don't know whether you are capable for this job and capable of handling me. She has a attitude worse than my Bri i shouldn't let her in my office that will not be good for workplace no no!!! I won't let this happen even though it tears a part of me I should let her go so I choose to say this. "We don't need a foul mouth girl who speak whatever she wants in a place like this. I want someone who is business minded and take their business series and I really don't think you take things series, if you really shouldn't be here. Then you must insist them I am not the person you're searching for the CEO's assistant". " But-" she tried to explain. I cut her off so she will not try to convince me. I said "See Miss filthy little mouth Mam we don't need an employee like you especially I don't need an employee like you as my assistant so if you may please leave I have things to take care thank you". The things that I am saying to her. I didn't mean it yet it is agonizing me please say something at least cuss at me like you did before at my employees. Just defend yourself, for god sake say something!! I could hear my voice in my head yelling at me to stop her but I didn't. She slowly walked towards the door in which she entered. If I saw you in a different circumstances I would have swept of your feet . I still couldn't even recall your name. The only thing I can remember is your ocean blue eyes, those cold sweaty palms, the attitude with your pleasant voice and your unstable perfect legs which doesn't stand still. Why is this supposed happen to me, to us."Thank god I am not working under him". Her voice drag me back from the sweet thoughts. What did she just said, I wanted to know what did she just said!! so I asked her. "Sorry what were you saying?" and she turned and faced me and I saw her cheeks going more red what did she say? Is it about me? her cheeks are going red as cherry . She smirked at me. Jesus is it me? I am making her feel like that made her blush as beet or is it someone else does she have boyfriends? the thought is really bitter to me so I let it slide away, at least I should be a gentleman to her now. I walk towards her I almost run so I can open my door for her. I don't know what is running in her head but she gave me a smile after I opened the door for her, that made me smile irresistibly and nod towards her. She walk out of the room with the same sound those heels made, after I closed my door the first thought raised in my head is who is she, where is she from and where is Bri. All the thoughts are making me to break my head I should talk about this to Roy i ring him up but he is not attending my call I think he is in the meeting right now. How am I going to find the answers for all this questions. Then it hits me. she said my employees throw her in without her permission yes!! Andrea may know the answers for all the mess. I took a deep breath and open my door and started to walk. My foot stop without my permission when I saw her in my reception. She is still there. she is talking to Andrea her back is facing me. I called out Andrea's name so I can get my princess's attention and I will see her for one last time. Andrea replied "yes sir I am coming" . My eyes slowly shifted to her she is also gazing at me. Andrea mumbled something to her and ran towards me my eyes didn't leave her and this time she didn't cut her eye contact. There is something in her look she is trying to convey something with those eyes. The thought made me smirk one last time for her she turned towards the exit of the floor and started to walk. She disappeared but I am still seeing the place where she was standing and then I noticed a file which two steps away from where she was standing I walk towards it and took the file. It must be her's. I thought I should open the file.
