This time, there were no holdups.  When Todoroki got to the tree, the only person there was Midoriya.  Todoroki was confused, as he was sure it wasn't Midoriya's turn.

"I apologize if I come off as rude, but what exactly are you doing here?"

"Oh, right!  Well, it is Mina's turn today, but she's never on time.  She told me to come along with you.  She also asked me for help with ideas for today's emotion."

"What is today's emotion?"

"That's a secret!"  As if on cue, the alien queen burst out from the doors, and came flying to the tree.

"I'm not too late, am I?!"

"No Mina, you're surprisingly on time."  Midoriya told her.  "Now, how exactly are we going to get to the secret place?"

Mina led them down the street, and parked someways along it was a hot pink limo.  A Sweet N' Sassy limo, to be exact.  They all piled in to the limo, where there was a screen with All Might videos playing, a couple kittens, and cold soba galore.  Or more accurately, Shoto Todoroki heaven.  Todoroki started to feel this strange tingling sensation, that was somehow warm, spreading all across his body.  He didn't know where it started or where it ended, but he was sure he didn't want it to stop.

When the limo eventually stopped, it was parked in front of a huge amusement park.  Roller coasters, food stands, rigged games everyone is determined to win for a prize much cheaper than the amount of money spent of the game, the works.  Todoroki began to question how this was going to make him feel any positive emotion (he assumed it was positive, as Mina would have asked for a change if it wasn't), as it wasn't nostalgic, he wasn't good with people, and he couldn't care less about the games.  Then, he saw it.  Whether they knew it or not, the thing that made Todoroki feel any sort of positive emotion was something they had brought with them.  Not the cats, not the All Might videos, not even the soba, though it was a close second.  They had brought the smile of Izuku Midoriya.  The smile that out-shines a hundred suns, the smile that makes Todoroki feel...happy.  Keep in mind, he had no idea what the emotion was for the day, but he knew what he was feeling then.

Midoriya grabbed both Mina and Todoroki's hands, and dragged them to the entrance.  Todoroki was sure he was using his quirk, because he had never seen a normal person run that fast.  They payed the admission fee, and off they went.  Midoriya and Mina started chatting about what they should do first, and Todoroki let out a small smile, content on just listening to Midoriya excitedly talk about something, and the fact that he seemed to have forgotten to let go of his hand.  They ended up by a roller coaster called the "Tiny Giant."  (Haikyuu, anyone?)  It looked to be a relatively small roller coaster if you were looking at it from a bird's eye view, but it actually had huge drops and looked to be extremely fast.  They all went to stand in line, baking in the hot sun.

"-feel about the coaster?  Todoroki?"  It took him a moment to realize Mina was asking a question.

"I'm sorry, I wasn't paying attention.  What was your question?"  He said, very matter-of-factly.

"Jeez Todoroki, lighten up!  No need to be so formal!"  Midoriya laughed.  He didn't know it, but that laugh just brightened Todoroki's day.  "Mina was just asking what your thoughts were on the roller coaster!"

"Oh, well, I think it should be fun.  I've never been on a roller coaster before, so I'm not entirely sure."

"You've never been on a roller coaster before?!"  The shorter ones exclaimed.

"No, I never really had a 'childhood'."

"Then we'll just have to make sure you have all the fun you can get!"  Mina shouted.

And that's what they did.  By the end of the day, they went on so many roller coasters they got dizzy, ate junk food until they felt like bursting, and won a couple of the cheap prizes.  The ultimate fair day, if you ask me.  When the limo came back to pick them up, they were ready to drop.  So, once they buckled in and got comfortable, (it was now filled with blankets, pillows, and water for good measure), that's exactly what they did.  Spending a day sweating in the hot sun takes its toll on you.  Midoriya ended up falling asleep, so Mina asked her question in a whisper.

"Did you feel happy?"

Todoroki looked down at Midoriya, who's head turned up on Todoroki's shoulder, and smiled softly.  "Yeah.  I did."
