In a world filled with chaos
In a life filled with anxiety
In a mind filled with self doubt
You were the one
In a world where I don't belong
In a life that isn't really mine
In a mind where I'm always isolated
You were the one
It was your world where I actually mattered
It was your life that revolved around me
It was in your thoughts that I resided
You were the one for me
I miss being someone
I miss being important
I miss being me
I miss you
You were the one and only one for me
And now I miss you all the time
Although Time has sped away
Taken you far away
Now I can't unwind the time
Nor can I run back to you
Coz we've grown up and are adults
Living our own sad realities
Wishing for us to get back together
Together as a family that we once were
As a Brother you were always there
But to me you were my only friend
I've lost you and have lost myself
