"2 doctors needed to remove and stitch up two males who are fully conscious but one will need help" Head doctor yells
"I WANT ALL HANDS ON THIS IS THE POLIBIO'S WE ARE TALKING ABOUT!" Head doctor yells

"We got a bullet that went straight through his chest into his wife's chest. Inner bleeding and trauma to the head when he fell to the ground. Faint heart beat and is on an air tank sir" an assistant surgeon fills in the chief surgeon
"Listen yo we need to close him up and repair any damage I will not have this man die on my table. Polibio is a good friend of mine and he will live" Chief surgeon orders and they starts repair and cleaning the wound
They stitch him up and he goes to recovery.

"Please call my wife she's crazy" Mar says to the nurses
"Mariano we already did now hold still" the nurses say and put him under and the surgeons start removing bullet scrap out of him.
"Shit" a surgeon covers a spot putting cloths in him.
"A scrap cut him causing a leak"
"Seal that up and finish and close him up. Comon guy you got this easy procedure"
They fix the leak and finish cleaning him and stitch the wound up.
Taking him to recovery

"I need an emergency C secession" the head baby surgeon says
"Sir she's not due yet" a doctor says
"She is due in 2 weeks the babies will be under intensive care but if they don't come out now they will go into fetus distress" another doctor says
They cut her lower stomach open and preform a C secession with Lorenzo being born first and Camilla after.
Heart monitor starts beeping
"We are losing her!"
"Close her up now and get blood transfusions now" the head surgeon calls
They close her up and the blood gets here so they start transmitting the blood into Emily.
"And stable"
"Ok get the bullet out of her and clean it up then shut her"
They get the bullet out and luckily there was no extra scarp. They stitch her up and send her to a recovery.
