Akaashi.kei replied = truthfully saying I'm not sure either but in my case I say 'oh' as in I understand which I usually follow with a 'okay' , but some people are lazy or too used to writing 'ooO' or 'Ooo' which has the same meaning but sometimes, depending on the situation, we can use it for another meaning like when we are disappointed or when we expected the answer but not really or what people usually describes it as 'I'm not even surprised anymore' or 'as expected of ___'

For people like you, Bokuto-san, who are highly energetic and is a energy happy ball, they usually use 'OH' which is used the same way as 'oh'. Typically, 'oh' is used more by people who are calm or more collected.
