No Matter What (KakashixReader)

The Surgery

I woke up feeling a warm body against my back, and two arms wrapped around my waist. I sighed happily and the scent of Kakashi invaded my nose. I snuggled closer into his chest hoping to get a few more hours of sleep, but that wasn't going to happen today.

Many impatient knocks were heard against Kakashi's apartment door, I jumped up in surprise of the loud noise and fell off the bed with a loud thump.

"Son of a-"

"Y/N? You okay?" Kakashi asked as I felt his hands gently grab onto my arms and help me stand up.

"Yeah I'm fine. See how that is before I kick their ass." I grumbled and rubbed the side of my head that hit the floor. The door opened and Kakashi walked out stomping his way to the door.

"What?!" He sounded mad..

I strained my ears to try and hear the other voice but I couldn't make it out. So I sensed their chakra, Yamato. I smiled and felt around for some bandages for my face, but I couldn't find any in my bag. I slowly walked to my bedroom door careful not to run into it and walked down the hall and found the stairs.

"Y/N?" Yamato asked as I stood at the top of the stairs. I was careful to hide the scars on my face from him.

"Good morning Yamato, hey Kakashi do you have some bandages? Or a cloth or something?"

"Hmmm. I don't th-"

"I have some bandages right here." Yamato cut Kakashi off and hurried up the stairs to me. He grabbed my hand and placed a roll of bandages in my hand.

"Thank you." I said and slowly made my way back down the hallway to my room and closed the door. I unraveled some of bandages and wrapped it around where my eyes should be a few times before tying it behind my head. I heard hushed whispers in the hallway and I got curious, so I easedropped.

"The hell was that Yamato?!"

"What? She asked!"

"You acted like such a school girl. I have some bandages right here."

Kakashi did his best impression of Yamato and scoffed.

"I do not sound like that!" Yamato yell whispered.

"Shut it Asshat!"

"Don't call me an asshat you booklicker!"

"Simp!"

"Bitch!"

Their whisper fight was hilarious and I giggled to myself. I messed with the handle of the door and they stopped whispering.

"Kakashi can you make breakfast?" I asked sweetly smiling at the two men. I wasn't going to tell them that I heard their little fight, that will forever be my little secret.

"Did you forget Y/N? You're having surgery today, you can't eat anything yet." Yamato explained.

My stomach growled loudly and I sighed heavily. Man this sucks... Wait I'm having surgery! I'll get to see again..

"I completely forgot. I've been blind for so long it's just natural to wake up and keep being blind."

I heard footsteps approach me and a hand rest on my shoulder.

"Well after today, you'll be able to see the beauty everywhere."

Yamato.

I smiled at him and blushed, "So when do we leave?" I asked

"When Kakashi decides to put some damn clothes on!" Yamato exclaimed making me laugh.

"Yeah yeah." Kakashi went into his room and closed the door.
