He's never going to pick up.
Tyler stared at the phone, worried. Ringing once, twice, three times..
"Hello?"
YES! He picked up. Thank god.
"Josh? JOSH! I need you. NOW."
"Tyler? What's the matter? Are you okay?!"
"They're here. They've come for me," Tyler breathed. They're getting closer.
"Huh?!" I could tell Josh was confused. It's not like I had time to tell him. "Josh, I don't have time right now, please hurry. I can't have you questioning it."
"Where are you, Tyler?"
"Near the alleyway. Please don't question it. I'll text you. I can't stay on the line for much longer, they'll hear me."
"Wh-" Tyler hung up before he could say anything else. Yeah, he felt bad, but his life was at stake. He couldn't afford letting them hear him.
