Mew

Tick.

Tick.

Mew stared at the blueprints in his hands. The familiar earthy tang of coffee permeated into the air like a lost cloud.

His mind automatically drowned the voices of the people inside the conference room while he checked the structure, design and measurements of the buildings.

No one dared to bother him knowing that it is better to wait for his comments first.

His brows furrowed when he noticed miscalculations around the support beams and the design of the lower floors. He firmly closed the blueprints and turned his cold eyes to the group of architects in front.

He laced his fingers together and placed it under his chin. His watch, a silver rolex, gleamed as the sunlight hit its metal braces.

He began questioning the team about his observations but they barely explained anything to him.

Earth, one of the architects , tried to rationalize the design on the plates when the door softly opened and revealed a young man holding folders and blueprints in his hands.

Mew threw a glance on him.

The young man looked from left to right. He quickly sat in the far end of the room at the back of the architects. His head hung low and a notepad in hand.

Mew ignored the boy and turned to Earth who continued to ramble with his nonsense explanations.

San, his fellow engineer, sighed and politely said

"Architect Earth, we understand that you want the design to be an eye candy but we have to consider the structure first. We cannot build this if you don't follow what the engineering team is suggesting. While your designs are beautiful, it is not in line with the blueprints we gave you.

Thus, this design is not suitable with the land demography and does not support our earlier calculations. "

Embarrassed , Earth began sweating bullets and fidgeted under the intense gaze Mew was giving him. He knows that Mew is an important person in this company.
