Passion

The ragged breathing was the only sound that can be heard in the room. The smell of leather and musk was so powerful that it overpowered Mew's mind as he continued to pound his frustration away.

The veins in his arms were getting more defined due to the force he is giving to his strained arms. His hair was matted with sweat as the muscles flexed to reveal the hard planes of his upper body.

A single drop of sweat rolled down his jaw, traveled to his chiseled chest and disappeared in his defined abdominal muscles.

His back was drenched as well as a result of the long hours spent to release the tension.

Boxing has always been helpful to calm his sour mood.

As he continuously hit the target, he feels the tension leave his body until he can clearly focus again. He struck the punching bag once more and finally decided to rest.

It shook harshly for a few moments before slowly swaying to a stop.

Mew removed his boxing gloves and grabbed the water bottle beside his bag. He pulled a blue towel and wiped his hair and nape.

He was pissed with how his whole morning became unproductive. He really hates people wasting time.

His presence these days has been highly in demand by both the main company and the teams under him- that his schedule for the whole month was overly jam-packed. Clients bombarded his phone line before he could even enter his office.

The Southwest (SW) project is a big construction project that he accepted.

With the owner's aim to make it an international landmark, he was sure to be very critical while working for it. This is why he specifically ordered his secretary to allot more time in his schedule for this project.

He cleared his schedule for that whole morning for the meeting. With the blueprint deemed final and already approved by the board.

Why on earth will they change it?

He took a deep breath and decided to check for updates on other projects. He fished his phone and saw a message from his brother.
