I was shocked. I pushed him away and refused to falling for him. "Bri I-" He said. "It's Aubrey." I cut him off ,told him seriously.
From his look, I could tell he's hurt. "But Bri.."Darren said, speechless. "No Darren, please go away.." I told him, I saw dad So I ran to him and hugged him.
"I missed you dad..." I told him. "Anak, lumaki ka na talaga.."
I gave him a smile. I took a little glance at Darren, he was sitting with his family,again with his look, he still looks hurt.
I want to apologize to him but he broke our friendship. You know, Friendship is like glass. Once it's shattered it probably cannot be fixed any more.
My Dad and I went to my mom. My mom was looking at dad with a smile, then she cried. Dad comforted her. "I missed you James" Mom told dad. " I miss you too, Racquel" Dad replied. Just then, Tita Marinel approached us.
"James, ngayon na ba iyon?" she asked Dad.
"Ay, Oo ,mga isang buwan kayo diba?" Dad replied. Tita nodded.
"Okay, salamat! Hi Aubrey, ang laki mo na!" Tita Marinel said.
I just smiled at her. Then, she left.
"Daddy, ano yung 1 month na sinasabi niyo?" I asked Dad.
"They will stay in our house for a month." Dad told me.
"All of them?" I asked Dad. He just nodded. Oh no.
"Who will stay in where?" I asked him.
"Well, si Lyndon at Marinel sa guestroom, si Lynelle sa room ni Ella(a/n: Ella is Aubrey's younger sister), at si Darren...." Please say the couch, please say the couch...
"Sa room mo"Dad continued. I think in this point I just freaking melted. "Bakit ba sila dito?" I asked Dad, grumpily. "Their house here is under renovation" Dad replied.

Here we are now at home, with the Espantos. Darren is there, playing with Lynelle. "Halika na, punta na kayo dun sa rooms" Dad stated. Darren went with me.
Great. Awkward Encounter. "So, I only have one bed so I stay there, and you stay on the floor. Got it?" I told him. "Excuse me? I'm the guest here so I should stay with y-- I mean I should be on the bed!" Nakipagtalo siya. "Well I never wanted you to be a guest!" I sassed. Awkward Silence..
"ROCK PAPER SCISSORS!" We said in unison. "Until three!"

"There's nothing you could do, Aubrey. I'll stay with you.." Darren told me while he was smirking.
"Urrgh!! Fine.." I gave up. We went inside. Gosh. Probably a little tumbling can cheer me up..
"Wait! Stay away first!" I told Darren. I hopped up the big bed and- "Why?" Darren asked me. "Just wait!" I bitterly replied.
Like I said, I went up the big bed and I did a roundoff back handspring. "Whoa. Since when did you start to tumble?" Darren asked me. "Since the time you freaking left me." I did a standing front tuck with lots of power. "Look, Aubrey I'm-" Shoot. My legs hit him with much force. He blacked out. I dragged him to the bed, took out his shoes, socks and his jacket. I went to get some ice for him. I looked at his head, It's bruised. I did something that I really regret. I kissed the bruised part. I put some ice on the bruised surface. I put on the covers because It's about 9:30 p.m. I decided to sleep on the floor. I went to my small closet to get some extra pillows and blankets. But before I slept I whispered to Darren " I really want to forgive you, but I can't.."
So I went to my 'bed' and drifted to sleep.
