Chapter 17

Kat's POV
I groaned as Vic looked at me with wide eyes.
"You're not going to tell Steven?" She asked, surprised.
"I..I honestly don't know. Should I?" I asked.
"Um..let me think for a minute...HELL YEAH!" Vic exclaimed with a sarcastic chuckle.
I laughed a little. "But he cheated on me. Do you think he deserves to know?"
Vic sighed. "I admit, what he did was pretty fucking shitty, but every man deserves to know of his child. I know you're hurt but maybe you and Steven can work it out. You still love him, and I can guarantee he still loves you."
I sighed heavily, leaning back on the couch. I absentmindedly rubbed my hand over my stomach.
I knew what I was going to do.

Steven's POV
I let out a deep breath as Joe sat down across from me on the couch.
"What's up, man?" Joe asked.
"What do I do?" I asked.
"She loves you. I know that much. But what you did was fucked man." Joe replied.
I sighed heavily. "I know. All I wanna do is talk to her, but she won't answer any of my calls."
"That blows."
Before I could reply, my doorbell rang.
I walked over, and opened it, and my mouth dropped open.
"K-Kat?" I asked, feeling as if I was in a dream, but I couldn't be. She was right there.
She looked down at her feet nervously before replying.
"Hi Steven." She murmured quietly.
We looked at each other awkwardly for a second, before I came to my senses.
"Come in." I offered.
Kat walked inside, and I closed the door behind her.
She stood in front of me.
"Kat, I--"
She held up a hand to stop me from continuing.
"I know you are. I know you're sorry, and you love me--"

Kat's POV
"Kat?" I heard my name come from Steven's living room, and Joe appeared at Steven's side.
"Uh.." I stuttered, looking at Joe, then back down at my feet.
Steven looked from Joe to me.
"What did I miss??"
Joe and I exchanged a look of agreement, and I opened my mouth to speak.
"Joe and I kissed." I told Steven.
Steven's eyes widened, and was about to flip out, when I held up a finger.
"You have no place to talk. We both made a mistake. Including Joe. But I'm, and I can't believe I'm saying this, I'm going to let it go...." I trailed off, looking at Steven.
Steven's face lifted in surprise.
"Really? Oh my god, Kat, I love you so much, and I promise it will never happen again."
I smiled, as I hugged Steven tightly, and he kissed my forehead adorably.
After a second, we pulled back, and I let out a breath.
"I hope it doesn't, because I love you too, and Steven, I'm...um.." I started.
Steven gripped my hands.
"What is it?"
I smiled lightly, meeting Steven's gaze.
"Steven, I'm pregnant."
His eyes widened, and a Cheshire Cat smile spread across his face.
In an instant, he picked me up in his arms, and we were kissing. I melted into his embrace, and smiled against the kiss. After a couple minutes, he pulled back, searching my face.
"I'm so happy. Kat, I can't even believe this."
I let out a sigh of relief, and looked over at Joe, who had a smile on his face.
"Congratulations you guys." He said sincerely, patting Steven on the back.
I hugged him lightly, and turned back to Steven.
"Are you sure you're ready to be a father again?" I asked hesitantly.
Steven grabbed my hand, holding it tightly. A smile instantly found its way to my lips.
"I'm ready. I will be with you through the whole thing. I will love you forever, Kat."
"And I will love you for just as long."

A/N Well Kat forgave Steven, she told him, and they're back together!! Thankfully, it's not over at all. This is just a little something for you guys, because it's been like a week. I'm gonna update again soon, most likely within the next week. We'll see. Comment, vote! xx
