Blood dripping from the stars... (Alastor x Reader)

Goodnight, my dear~《7》

You waved goodbye to your brother and your niece as they left before laying your head back down into the pillow. You looked over at Alastor who was staring at the ceiling and asked him to come and sit with you on the couch. As he sat down next to you, you felt your heart start to race.

"I don't think I've said this yet but your house is really nice." Alastor stated as he put his arms around the back of the couch. You smiled as he glanced around, taking more time to admire the new surroundings.

"Oh. Why, thank you!" You responded as you lifted your head slightly off the pillow to look at Alastor. He seemed deep into thought as he glanced around your front room. As he drew his attention back to you, you took this time to admire all of his features. He had natural brown eyes with chocolate brown hair. He had a soft smile on his face as he looked into your (E/C) eyes. You stared at him for a little while longer before laying your head on his shoulder (unintentionally) and yawned. You closed your eyes slightly when you felt Alastor shift his body so he was sat with his back facing the arm of the couch. You looked at him with an eyebrow raised as he took off his shoes and placed his feet on the couch.

"Is it okay if I lay down?" Alastor questioned as he shuffled you so you're head was back on his shoulder. You nodded slightly as he lowered himself onto the sofa, with you resting ontop of him. He admired you as you closed your eyes once more. He shifted a strand of your (H/C) hair that was in front of your face behind your ear and placed his hand on your back, making sure you wasn't going to roll off.

"Al, you're really sweet..." You muttered as you fluttered open your eyes to look at him. He smiled as he patted your head and ran his fingers through your hair.

"Thank you, my dear~" Alastor hummed in response as he shut his eyes and placed a hand on your head.

You stared at him a little while longer until you felt your eyes getting heavier by the second. You closed your eyes for a second and before you knew it, you had fell asleep. Alastor looked down at you and had decided to take you up into your room so you can rest easy.

He quietly tiptoed up the stairs and opened your door. As soon as he had caught a glimpse of your dogs that were layed on your bed, he internally freaked out. He placed you on your bed as fast as he could and tried to leave until you unconsciously grabbed his arm and tugged him back towards you.

"I guess you want me to stay..." Alastor whispered as he sat down beside your bed. He layed his head close to yours as he tried to forget about the dogs. They hadn't moved away from the bed so he felt like he could deal with them, for now.

"Goodnight, my dear." Alastor stated as he fell asleep on the floor beside you.
