Eraserhead, Present Mic, Edgeshot, Gang Orca, All Might and Backdraft all sat in the room thinking about ways to convince the boys to join Yuuie, all of them completley ignoring the fact that neither of them wanted to become heroes.

"If we get them into the Support Class and have them do well in the sports festival then it'll be a good excuse to enter them into the Hero course," Backdraft said.

Eraserhead took a large gulp from his coffee, "That might actually work, but with how smart they are, we'll have to take extreme precaution. The second they find out it's game over."

"Eraserhead is right," All Might said, "If they find out what we're planning they'll leave UA as soon as possible."

"This is just great! We have a plan, we have a reason, and we don't have to worry about getting Nezu's approval!" Present Mic listed as he smiled.

Gang Orca perked up his head, "Shush! I sense another person coming." He was right, a few moments later there was a knock at the door.

Aizawa stood up to open it, standing at the door were both Bakugo and Midoriya.

"Sorry to interrupt you, but your time is up. Please exit the building within the next five minutes," Izuku said while fixing the ears on his head.

"Here are your complimentary coupons for your next visit," Bakugo added while he re buttoned his button up, he handed them six tickets and left just as Izuku did. The aura between the two grew.

"It's now or never," Backdraft said, he and the other pro heroes left the room and walked back up to the counter.

"What may I help you with?" Izuku asked.

All Might looked at the group and puffed out his chest, "We invite the both of you to join UA High School!"

Bakugo and Izuku didn't respond, the heroes took this as a 'yes' of course, and began to walk away.

"Wait!" Bakugo called out to them. He and Izuku folded up their aprons and left the counter, "We have yet to give you an answer."

Izuku bowed first, "I decline your offer, Yuuie is not the school of my choice, please forgive me."

Bakugo bowed, but made sure his back was straighter, "I decline as well, your offer was kind, but I have already been excepted into Shiketsu High School."

They stood up and walked away, leaving six mystified pro heroes to process their answers.

"How come?" Present Mic shouted, "What's your reason?!"

Bakugo was the first to lose his kind look, "We know what you are attempting to do, and we do not appreciate it."

Izuku dropped is eye brows, a slight change in his look but an entire shift in his mood, "We do not aim to be heroes, you probably plan to allow us into the business or support course, but then with the upcoming festival you will use our rivalry to force us into hero work, please understand that we do not wish to become heroes. Good day to you all." Izuku turned back around and continued to walk, he had a violin class to catch.

Bakugo looked the heroes up and down before walking away, if he was late to class his parents would be furious.

The heroes stared at the retreating teenagers, baffled by the fact that they figured out their plan in such a short amount of time, but even more so by the fact that they didn't want to become heroes. What child didn't want to become a hero? Especially ones with such powerful quirks? Bakugo Katsuki had the fire power to crash buildings, Midoriya Izuku had the ability to crush organizations, so why wouldn't they?

"That...did not go according to plan," Edgeshot helpfully supplied.

All Might looked completely wronged, "Why don't they want to become heroes? It's the most popular and well paying job out there!"

"They were so polite, it was scary." Backdraft muttered under his breath. He wasn't really complaining, a lower class hero like him probably had as much of a chance of meeting Midoriya and Bakugo as they would winning the lottery, maybe Backdraft would buy a ticket tonight, just to humor himself.

"Whatever their reason is," Gang Orca said, "We have to get them into Yuuie."

Izuku and Katsuki sighed from down the street, such stubborn people.

------------------------------------------

The school year had ended and Bakugo and Midoriya were busier than ever. They were both promoted in their library and cafe duties, they had more recitals and shows due to school ending, more babysitters were needed, they had to get new jobs at the local thrift shop, and the heroes wouldn't leave them alone. For almost everyday, for almost every week, one of them would pop into their work places and try to convince them to become heroes. Whether it was a stroll at night, a busy cafe day, or a book return, one hero was always, always, pestering the two. They even started showing up to the recitals and competitions.

Never fear, this turned out to help the boys, they grew quicker with their work, expanded their vocabulary, and upgraded their multi-tasking skills, turning the heroes hard thought out explanations into petty arguments. And neither of them participated in petty arguments, it was simply a waste of energy.

The duo's popularity and fame spread throughout the entire Musutafu area, or, it spread even more. People gasped as they walked by, some children went up to them for autographs, some adults offered them money, they only ever gave autographs. Some villains set out to target them, the entire underside of the city knowing their fame as well as the above side, whenever a villain decided to target the two it was made public throughout the underside, and they always came back a laughing stock. No one could touch the two, their intellect and strength outmatching anyone that came their way. It's rumored that if you were able to get a single impacting hit on one of them then your name would forever be remembered.

This continued the entire summer, heroes, villains, and civilians never left the two alone, their only solitude was in their bedrooms. Bakugo's parents were stiff and clean, they were the only family that rivaled the Midoriya family in turns of control. Dinners were healthy and quiet, the house was constantly clean, their sons never stepped out of line. They also never left the two alone, watching over them like hawks.

It was a tiny relief when it was announced that there would be a Three per dorm system set up, but then the Midoriya's and Bakugo's specifically requested their sons be placed in the same room. A bit less of a relief, okay a lot less.

School was just around the corner, and Midoriya and Bakugo were set to take the number one position for themselves. Everyone else be dammed.
