Hey hey! You made it to the end of my book! Thank you so much for reading it and I really hoped you enjoyed it. This chapter is just information about when I was writing the book and thoughts about the game itself so read this if you like.
-I have been writing this story for like 2 years. The first time I started writing this was after I played MCSM Season 1, I made it so that the whole group was still together as friends and going out on adventures but once I realized there was a Season 2 that story blew out the window. Unfortunately I do not have that story anymore. I think I deleted it a while ago because I didn't like how it was going.
-As mentioned I've been working on this story forever. So I first started it after I had played Season 1 but once I found out about Season 2 I stopped writing it for a while. Then I got back into writing this story only to have it pushed off when I was writing my Subnautica fan-fiction. Then I started writing Shy Alpha, Windows Distance Away, and my Coco fan-fiction books. After I finished those and posted them all in my profile (which you should totally check out and read all of my stories I am mentioning) I started writing this book again. But then this book got dropped again so I could finish my Pirates Wishing Stone story and Once a Missing Child. After I finished those up I finally got working on this book again and FINALLY completed it. I know, I have a complicated way of writing things.
-This is currently that shortest book on my Wattpad with the least amount of chapters. The chapters are long though with 2,000 to 4,000 words in each chapter. But I thought when I was writing this it would be a lot longer but I guess not. I'm still proud of how this came out though.
-I first saw ads for MCSM when it came out a while ago but I remember hearing people say that it was bad so I never took an interest to it. But then a few years later my mom bought Season 1 for me as a random gift so I played it and absolutely fell in love with the game. There were some parts where I had my heart ripped out *cough* but I loved the game so much and being able to make the choices was so fun.
-I have lost count of how many times I played Season 1. I replayed it so often to the point where every time my sibling watched me play it they yelled, "AGAIN?!" but I didn't care. I played the game over so many times that I was able to learn what were all of the best and worst choices.
-I never heard about Season 2 of MCSM until I saw some fan art of the characters from Season 2 like Stella and Romeo. Then a friend of mine who has also played the game told me that I needed to play Season 2 so I was able to get the second game for my birthday or something. And let me tell you, Season 2 is awesome!
-I was actually able to save Romeo from Terminal Space on my first play through of Season 2. So at the end of Season 2 after you take away Romeo's powers, the Terminal Space begins to fall apart. I have noticed that a lot of people missed the choice where they are able to save Romeo from being stuck in Terminal Space. What happens is that when Terminal Space is falling apart, whether you save Romeo or not, Jesse and her friends are stopped by the prismarine giant on their way out. Romeo then distracts the giant so the Jesse and them can flee Terminal Space safely. So the thing is, if you want to save Romeo from dying in Terminal Space you have to make an important choice back in episode 4 when you are in the world under the bedrock. Jesse and the team gets into a fight with a giant enderman and the choice you have to make is to either leave Radar to distract the enderman and save Fred's people or take Radar with you and leave Fred's people behind. If you leave Radar behind then when you are in Terminal Space, if you save Romeo, Radar will jump through the portal with the giant enderman following him who will then fight the prismarine giant. That way Romeo won't have to distract it and everyone can get out of Terminal Space safely. I've just noticed that a lot of people missed that choice because they didn't want to leave Radar behind back in episode 4.
-Ever since that heartbreaking moment in Season 1 when the lovely Reuben passed away, I absolutely refuse to kill a pig in actual Minecraft now. All of my friends also know not to kill a pig if I am playing with them, that is how much the scene had effected me. And I know that it's just a fake pig in a game but I get emotional durning games, okay? *goes to cry in a corner*
-MCSM is one of the very few games that I have an absolute obsession about and will bring it up constantly. Other games I will also bring up are Subnautica, which I have a fan-fiction for on my profile, and the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon games (especially Explorers of Time, gold stars for anyone who knows that game)
-It was a long thinking process to pick Maya as the cloaked villain. So, when I was writing this story I honestly just thought about not giving an identity to the person in the cloak and never reveal who they were in the end but I felt like that would kind of be anti climatic. So I thought about creating a whole new character to play as the bad guy but that idea didn't work either because if some random character's identity was revealed at the end it would just be weird because like, who is this character in the first place and why do they have a grudge against Jesse? So I thought about it for a long time, going through all of the existing characters in MCSM that would have a problem with Jesse and I decided I wanted Maya to be the villain. Why did I choose her? Well, I thought it would have been cool to have a rival that was first introduced all the way at the beginning of the game and it would have been a 'ah hah!' moment when her identity was revealed at the end. I also chose Maya because she was always a side character and the only girl in the Ocelots and Blazerods so I thought she would have a perfect motivation to get back at Jesse and want to rule the world.
Well, that's it! Thank you so much for reading, I hope you liked my book and please check out my other stories on my profile. Bye bye, I love you all!
