Lukas' P.O.V
After jumping through the portal the Atlas told us to go through we landed we were in between was seemed like two houses. Some people passed by as we tried to figure out silently where we have landed, no one paid any mind though.
Radar jumped up and down, his hands balled up at his chin, "This is so exiting! A whole new world to explore!"
"Wait a second." Ivor stepped out of the space and looked around, "I have been here before."
Out of shock I looked over at Ivor, "Wait, you have been here before?"
He turned to face me, "Yes, Harper and I came here when we were exploring the portal hallway. I think I know someone who can help us."
"Let's go then."
We walked out from between the two houses and followed Ivor down the road. The people the passed by said hello to be polite as we walked. There was rows of small and simple wooden houses, some people in the yards working or just sitting on their porch. Eventually Ivor ran up to a certain house, one made up of a mix of different colored wood that gave off a light and home-like feel.
"This is the house." Ivor said before going up to the porch.
Radar, Jack, and I all waited below the steps of the porch as Ivor knocked on the door. After about a minute had rolled by and old man stepped out, wearing blue collared shirt, grey pants, and a dark brown cane was by his side. His hair and beard was white and a large smile danced across his wrinkled skin as he noticed Ivor was the one who had knocked.
"Ivor!" He cheerfully greeted, "What on earth are you doing here?"
"Hello Liam, it's nice to see you again. We came here looking for someone."
"We?" Liam peeked over Ivor's shoulder to see Radar, Jack, and I standing around, "Well, would you look at that. You brought a whole team with you. Please, come on in."
He all ushered us through the door to enter inside of his home. The inside of the simply built home was nice and quite, everything had a place. Liam lead was into his kitchen, walking around the island counter and leaned against it.
"Liam, this is Lukas, Jack, and Radar. Everyone, this is Liam." Ivor pointed to each of us as he introduced us.
"Hello." The three of us say at the same time.
"It's nice to meet all of you." Liam gave us a smile then turned his attention back to Ivor, "So Ivor, you said you were looking for someone? What happened?"
"Some stranger from our world made evil copies of the Order of the Stone and planning to take over our world. She took Jesse though and when we followed them to the Portal Hallway the Atlas lead us here."
"Ah yes, the Portal Hallway." Liam hummed to himself in thought.
"Have you been there before?" I ask.
He nodded, "Yes, I have been to it before. I traveled to many different worlds when I decided to live in this one. Now that I am taking care of my little girl I am living here permanently. But now that you mention it...what did you saw the girl's name was that you were looking for?"
"Her name is Jesse." Ivor repeated.
Liam hummed to himself again and rubbed his chin in thought, "Jesse. Does she have black hair and wear overalls?"
My eyes widened as the thought of how she looked filled my mind, "Yes! That's her!"
"She is living here with me and my granddaughter Ashely. Last night while Ashely and I were taking a walk Jesse came stumbling out into the road. All she could tell us was her name and that she felt like she had forgotten something." Liam explained.
