-Michael-

If there is one thing I love about California, it's the buildings. They either have really cool, rustic feeling ones or they have skyscrapers galore. There is no in between. We've been living in Los Angeles for the past three weeks, we'll be here for another two months working on our second album. We'll be doing album cover shoots, recording, writing, more recording and most likely, a few gigs here and there. When we leave the states, we still won't be done with the album but that's fine by me. I like taking longer processes when it comes to music.

It's around eleven o'clock at night here, as we are walking around the streets. "I'm starving, when are we going to getting some fucking food?" Luke mutters, searching around every building for a burger joint.

"I told you we should've stopped at In-and-Out Burger. But no, Calum is always wrong." Calum exasperatedly throws his hands into the night air. I roll my eyes, lack of sleep is taking over my body. These fucktards kept me out late last night at some music festival. It was really cool seeing newer bands but I'm really tired now. I really liked these two bands but I can't remember their names. One was really strange, and I think the other had something to do with legends. I don't know, it'll come around.

My phone vibrates in my back jean pocket, and I slide it out of my pocket as we keep walking. The lads are having a conversation about random shit, so I zone out and look down the twitter notifications. Lazily, I scroll down my newsfeed, not even paying attention to most of the tweets. I just want to be back at the house and sleeping.

"Michael, watch out." I look up off my screen to run into a metal light post.

"Damn my life." I curse, my shoulder took the blow but it hurts like no tomorrow.

A small smile plays on my face as they are all laughing their heads off, mumbling about how funny and how I wasn't paying any attention to the world. I would be punching them if I didn't find it humorous myself. "Aye, he even comes with papers too!" Ash terribly jokes.

I glance down to see a flyer, hanging to my shirt. I grab ahold of the yellow paper and try to throw it away, but Luke stops me. "You don't know what could be on that paper you idiot! We are probably close to a restaurant trying to get some business." He gapes, flipping the paper over on its front.

We all gather around Luke, as he reads the flyer out loud. "Come on and rock out while you eat your lavish meal! The Chilled Riot offers live music played by Legendary every weekend and a relaxed environment! 11:00 am - 10:00 pm Tuesday-Sunday. Please come and enjoy." And in the bottom corner it shows a picture of the four girls we all saw perform last night. Legendary. That's the name.

"Food! Let's go!" Luke exclaims, flinging the paper into Ashton's hands.

He starts walking away from us, as if he knew where he was going. "They aren't even open!" Calum yells after him, making Luke abruptly stop. "But honestly, they were really good so that's why we are going to check them out tomorrow night. We don't have anything else to do." He suggests, talking about Legendary.

We all end up agreeing, and thankfully finding a nearby Taco Bell. It isn't exactly what Luke originally wanted but honestly, I don't think he cares at the moment. I pray that Chilled Riot has some great burgers tomorrow because just as Luke is, we are all craving a good one.

"Wake up! Get your lazy ass out of bed and into a good mood." Ashton laughs, slapping me in the face with an object. Too tired to say anything, I groan for him to go away and I flop onto the other side of my bed. "C'mon, it's noon already and even Luke is up and happy." He argues, still not giving up.
