Sam entered the producers office to find Leo doing Max's accounting books.

"Hi" was all she could say.

"Hello" Leo said back with a wry little smile.

Sam tried her best to smile, but she just couldn't. Leo noticed and said "Are you okay?"

"I've been better" answered Sam.

"Do you want to talk about what's wrong?" said Leo.

The very thought of talking to Leo about her problem made Sam tear up.

The only way she could start was "Mr Bloom... How horrific was it when you lost Ulla?"

"Oh, you've no idea, my dear. Ever since her death, my misery has been living on. I miss her so much" Leo answered through hot tears.

"I never thought I'd say this, but... I actually know exactly how you feel" Sam said.

"You do?"

"I do."

"I'm glad. Ever since Ulla died, I had no one to hold onto. That's why I said I liked your smile. Because it reminds me so much of Ulla"

"Well... thank you"

"How do you know how I feel when you were never alone?" said Leo.

"I'll have you know, one of my exes left me in the woods. But that doesn't count because it wasn't long before I met my best friends and the Beatles"

"Oh..."

"But... I've been so wrong about you. And Ulla. And your emotions... and everything" Sam said as her tears really fell.

"Oh, Sam... tell me what's wrong, darling" Leo said placing his hand on Sam's shoulder.

Sam cried for a minute before saying "My brother gave his life for the Beatles' situation"

Leo didn't say anything. He just threw his arms around Sam to give her a tight hug.

"I guess we're in the same boat" said Sam.

"I guess so. If I may ask, what happened to your brother" said Leo.

"Well... in Never Land..." Sam began.

"Never Land?"

"Yes, that's where I'm from, believe it or not. My friend Tinker Bell took me to Captain Hook's pirate ship... and Hook said it's Peter's life or mine" Sam continued.

"And Peter chose his." Leo guessed.

"Yeah. He didn't want the Beatles losing their best friend"

Leo pulled Sam closer.

"Are you okay" he asked again.

"N-no. I'm really not" Sam sobbed.

"I know what you need" said Leo. He pulled out his blue blanket from his pocket and closed it in Sam's hands.

"How come I get to hold your blanket, but my brother gets hysterics?" was all Sam said.

"Sam, I admit, I've done you and your brother wrong. I've wanted to relent and ask you to help me deal with my loss, but... now we need to help each other. I thought giving you my blue blanket would be a good start" said Leo.

"Well, it is. But, I'm sorry, I have to give it back" Sam said handing Leo his blanket.

"Has it at least made you feel a little better?" Leo asked her.

"Actually, yes. Thank you... Leo" Sam said. "Any time" Leo answered.

"Can you remember the last words Ulla ever said to you?"

"I could never forget the last words Ulla ever said to me"

"What were they?"

"As she died... she said... "My sweet cupcake... I'm going now. Life has thrown you onto a new path. Take it one step at a time. Just...""

Leo broke down before he could say the last part of Ulla's last words.

"Just... do the next right thing?" Sam guessed. "Yes. That's right" Leo said.

Sam then decided that she had to go on and rehearse with the Beatles. Leo told her to start without him.

Leo really seemed to like Sam. Maybe a little more than a friend.

He started to sing to himself again.

The urge to merge can rob us of our senses

The need to breed can make a man a drone

We must be on alert with our defenses

For every skirt will test testosterone

So knowing this I severed all connection

With any creature sporting silk or lace

I was firmly headed in the right direction

When suddenly I stumbled on that face

That face, that face

That dangerous face

I mustn't be unwise

Those lips, that nose, those eyes

Could lead to my demise

That face, that face

That marvelous face

I never should begin

Those cheeks, that neck, that chin

Will surely do me in

I must be smart and hide my heart

If she's within a mile

If I don't duck, I'm out of luck

She'd kill me with her smile

That face, that face

That fabulous face

It's clear I must beware

I'm certain if I fall in love

I'm lost without a trace

But it's worth it for that face

Looks like Leo is falling back in love.

Will he accept that or forever miss Ulla?

And here's the link to the song Leo sang in which he actually does sing about falling in love with Ulla in the film "The Producers"

What's coming up? What could it be?

One more click and we will see!

Peace and love,

Sammy
