Sorry of how this chapter is short. All I know is that the next chapter will be longer and epic! :D There is more romance going on between Adam & Anna, and I am hoping to get to at least the big conflicts by the end of this weekend. And this weekend I have 5 days off!!! (Including saturday & Sunday XD) Expect there to be more chapters :D

I didn't know what to say. I was stunned... shocked, puzzled. Not only because he was a star, but because he was talking to me. Me! Why would he talk to the freak, the no-one farm girl?

"Uh... Hi," I stammered, watching him laugh out of the corner of my eye. 

I turned to look at my book. Why was I reading this? If he saw me reading this, what would he think? I need to act cool!

"May I sit?"

I felt my cheeks burn, and my heart skipping a beat suddenly. Why was he making me feel this way?

"Sure," I replied, my cheeks blushing.

He smirked as he sat down, obviously seeing my blush.

"What'cha reading?"

"Dark Moons," I said a little bit more awkwardly. Why was he asking me this? I go, "Why are you asking me this?" Repeating my thoughts.

He shrugged, looking around, "We need more to talk about,"

"Besides what?"

"Besides the whole 'What are you doing here? No way! I was doing that too,'" He grinned mockishly.

I grinned back in reply. If anything, he was right. That was all we talked about. But now I wanted to ask if he was really Maroon 5. I knew it was a stupid question because obviously it was true, but still. I just wanted to make sure.

"So... You're really... Maroon 5?" 

He looked at me like I just asked "what is a cat?" How could I be so blind?

"You didn't know?"

I stuttered, watching his shocked face. It was like his world, his fame had just ended.

"No," I said sheepishly, having a sly smile.

He smirked at me, but was still grinning in laughter.

"I can't believe you didn't know! I thought you knew," He said his eyes sparkling with what it seemed to be-amazement.

My face showed it's confusion as I asked, "Why would you think that? I never went into the elevator screaming Maroon 5," I said, my voice clear and strong.

That's when he smiled, putting his hands out, and fiddling with his fingers...?

"That's why I thought you were pretty cool when we met. Because you weren't screaming in my ear," He said.

My face flashed a smile. I could feel my heart jumping up, down, and all around me. This was it! Adam Levine! Adam actually considered me "cool". I was no longer that no-one girl.

In fact, just to be clear, I did some investigating. I searched around his face to see if there were any clues if he was really telling the truth or not. Usually I was a master at this. By the look of someone, I'd be able to tell if I could trust them or not. But Adam was hard to figure out. It was like... my magic just seemed to ...disappear. But I think he was telling the truth overall. 

So that was it! Adam liked me! That was the reason he was blushing earlier!

But that's when my heart stopped, and reality hit me. That was the reason why he fell for me, why he blushed over me, and why he thought I was cool. But now I know he was Maroon 5! Would that make our magic disappear? I sure didn't want it to! It just began. What if he thinks now that I'm just some  obsessed freak, who's in the waiting line to be kissed by him?

My thoughts were interrupted by the sounds of something squeaky. I snapped back into reality, pulling my thoughts together, watching Adam turn to leave. So that was it... our magic was done. 

I fooled myself. For a minute I actually thought a big star like him, would like me. Me! I was so dumb! Adam's thoughts were probably, "Why was I so blind?" And now, I was finally starting to realize why. How could I be so blind?

The next thing I knew, I had my hand in Adam's, Adam standing in front of me, grabbing my books. "Come on," He says, "We're going somewhere,"

I stood up alarmed, looking at him. "Where?"

"You'll see," He says with a wink I saw at the corner of my eye. 

I turned and started walking. Hand-in-hand, we darted out of the library, and suddenly... my fantasy was coming to reality.
