It was a quiet day in the Styles household. Harry was trying to come up with songs for his new album and Y/N was helping him. Well, in all honestly, Harry couldn't think of anything and Y/N was doing most of the song writing for him.

Y/N was sat at the piano, trying to play the rhythm Harry and Mitch had come up with days prior to improvise lyrics to. Harry was sat on the couch with his notebook in hand, scribbling down some random lines and singing them to the tune Y/N played on the piano.

After three hours of songwriting, they had finally come up with the verses, but no bridge nor chorus. Harry insisted that they didn't need to think of a bridge because the song could always not have one, so they started on the chorus.

They were completely stumped and Harry had given up for the day. He got up from his place in the couch and made his way over to sit next to Y/N by the piano. As she played the chords and hummed a melody of some sort, Harry couldn't keep his eyes off of her.

"Harry."

"Yes love."

"I can't concentrate with you staring at me like that."

Harry scoffed, "I'm sorry, I'm not allowed to stare at my beautiful girlfriend?"

"It's a bit distracting trying to come up with lyrics to your song with your eyes piercing into my soul."

Harry wrapped his arms around Y/N's torso and put his face into her chest.

"Y/N, just let me adore you."

Y/N looked down at him and placed her hand on his head, then it hit her.

"Harry! You're a genius!"

Without hesitation, and to Harry's confusion, Y/N jumped up from the piano stool and ran to grab Harry's notebook. She sat back down at the piano and started scribbling notes into his book.

"Y/N what is going on."

Y/N stopped her scribbling and put his book down.

"Listen to this and tell me what you think." Y/N placed her hands on the piano and played the familiar tune they had grown to memorize over the past three hours.

"I'd walk through fire for you, just let me adore you.
Oh, honey.
I'd walk through fire for you, just let me adore you-"

"Like it's the only thing I'll ever do." Harry finished off with that lyric.

"Yeah that's great! And then you could sing that line one more time and then for the bridge you could just sing it over a couple of times with a cool guitar solo or something." Y/N said.

Harry placed his hand on Y/N's cheek and pulled her in for a long, sensual kiss. When they parted Harry spoke, "You are the most amazing girl I know. I'm so in love with you."

Y/N chucked and gave him a quick kiss.

"I love you too."

"Like it's the only thing I'll ever do."
