"Oh my god! Mum is going to kill you!" I opened my eyes slowly, my sight was blurred for a few seconds, but it quickly adjusted to the sunbeams coming through my window. The first thing I saw was my sister that was by the door. She was older than me, but she knew exactly how to upset me. She had a nice hair color, and her eyes were as green as emeralds. Sometimes, I envied her.

"You wouldn't..." If looks could kill, she would be lying on the floor at that exact moment. Also,in that very instant, Shane woke up.

"Oh... I should get going," he said, obviously embarrassed by the situation. And with that, he quickly put on his T-shirt, covering his stunning beautiful body, and when my sister was about to talk again, he jumped off the window.

"So...hmm... You guys did it?" Eyes filled with curiosity were awaiting anxiously for an answer.

"Amber! Of course not! He is my best friend..." I shouted her. Yes, he was my best friend that couldn't love me the way I wanted him to and I surely wanted him to be my first, but regrettably we was in love with someone else.

"But you wanted too" I could feel the smirk on her face even though I wasn't looking at her. Why is she so unbearable???

"Get out!" I grabbed my pillow and threw it, hitting Amber straight in the face.

"MUM, SARAH HAD A BOY SLEEPING OVER!" She instantly shouted.

What exactly was I going to do now? My mother was really strict, well she had to be, bringing up two kids by her own isn't easy. Mum was going to kill me, and if she finds out that it was Shane who slept over even worse. Of course she will... Amber can't keep her mouth shut. But is it really that bad? Nothing happened.

Just then, the unexpected happened.

"Amber, dear, you should stop annoying your sister, she's not a child anymore! And I was starting to get worried, she is always around girls and with that Shane boy..." My mum haven't finished talking that Amber was already laughing.

'MUM,' I shouted, clearly embarrassed ' I'm not into girls! I'm as straight as a giraffe's neck!'

'Well dear, how could I know?' I couldn't believe that my own mother thought that I was lesbian!

Lunch was being pleasantly enjoyable, which to be honest was strange after the incident that happened this morning. But before I could travel to my own land, my mother's voice decided to tag along.

'Honey, aren't you going to answer the door?'

'Why do I have to go? I'm not the only one that lives in this house, you know?' Unfortunately mum always knew how to make me do things. With only a look, she could make me fear her.

'Ugh! The slave is going, don't worry!' I said with an irritated tone, while clenching my teeth.

My hand found the door, turned the knob and, to be honest, to see a man entering the room was the last thing I expected. His slightly tanned skin blended with his sandy blond hair. Loose strands of hair perfectly framed his craggy face. Wide blue eyes brought out his natrual beauty, and i couldn't help but stare. Who was this mysterious man?

Before I could say anything, my mom appeared and when she saw the gorgeous man, she let out a sudden sigh. Opened her mouth to speak. Snapped it shut. Gulped. Then, with a little more success, said something, but it came out raspy, barely audible. Again, with more confidence but with a taut voice, she repeated herself.

"Richard?!"
