Seher woke up to the sudden noise of a balloon which was apparently being stamped on by Ridhaan.
"You really suck." Rehan exclaimed as he noticed Seher rubbing her eyes and getting up.
"What is your problem? Why are you always behind me?" Ridhaan asked as he released the balloon's mouth he had been holding since forever by now. Ridhaan Maheshwari does not know how to put a knot on balloons. Facts to be stated.
"You! You are my problem. Why do you always have to ruin things for me?" Rehan said as he sunk into a chair with his fingers clutching a good volume of his hair. SLEEEEEK!
"You know I didn't do it intentionally." Ridhaan said crossing his arms around his chest.
"Whatever the hell it was, you clearly ruined it." Rehan blurted out.
"Okay. I am sorry. I know that I'm a bit clumsy." He said rolling his eyes.
"A correction, you're very clumsy." Rehan said as he tilted his head a bit, minimized his eyes and curved his lips into a fake smile.
"Guys, she is already awake. You got to stop this useless job of yours and wish her instead." Miheeka said as she hugged Seher.
"Move aside, I'll go first." Rehan pushed Ridhaan who was about to amble himself towards Seher, and propelled himself instead.
"Do you see that?" Ridhaan muttered to Miheeka while she just held his arm and asked him to stay calm.
"You know what? You shouldn't do this to them." Rehan said as he held Seher's hand.
"What did I do? And, to whom?" She asked and gave out a smile that seemed so genuinely sweet with just the right touch of shyness. His mere touch could send a thousands of sparks through her, that too, without much efforts.
"You unemployed them and it's very unfair." He complained.
"May I know who are you talking about?" Seher asked as she gave out a small laugh towards the end.
"The voids of my soul. The voids that prevailed in my life. You unemployed them. How could you?" Rehan said with the most cute expressions ever and Seher couldn't help but blush even more.
"I love you, Rehan." Seher said with her eyes pooling up already.
"I love you too, but, I would love you even more if you stop crying every now and then." Rehan said as he placed a gentle kiss on her forehead.
"Do you remember the number of times we used to fight before we confessed our feelings for each other? And then suddenly, I find you by my side when I was all shattered and devasted. I thought it was all going to end and I would never be able to be a writer. Thanks for helping me throughout, Rehan." She said as she hugged him.
"I have already told this to you for a billion of times, please, forget about it. We are far away from that phase, and we're very happy right now, you know that too." Rehan said as he broke the hug only to wipe her tears.
"Seher is the same old sensitive Seher she was." Miheeka said making sure that she was still present, amongst the two who were so lost in each other that they would hardly care even if they were about to get hit by a meteorite.
Ridhaan if you ask? He was admiring himself in the mirror."You know what? Let's save these gloomy memories for a bad day. Let's not ruin today, today is the day we had confessed our feelings three years back. It has to be a happy day." Rehan said as he asked Ridhaan to get the cake.
"Dare you do something dumb this time." Rehan further added and warned him about his clumsiness.
"I am not that clumsy okay?" Ridhaan just completed saying this and had his toe hit the wooden table which was kept at the side. GAAH.
"Yeah, I see, you're not that clumsy." Rehan mocked at him while Miheeka went up to Ridhaan who was currently laying on the floor with his fingers wrapped around his affected toe, dying in pain. Seher couldn't help but laugh.

"Seher, what is the next genre you're trying out?" Ridhaan asked as he slurped a noodle which made him earn a disgusting look from Rehan but he chose to ignore it (like a pro).
"Something mysterious. Like, I want my readers to understand the message I try to convey to them through my write-ups. I really want to have that level of understanding. It's a new genre to explore and I don't know how it'll go but let's hope for the best." She answered and we could see her passion for writing sealing up in her beautiful, long brown eyes.
WE CAN CLEARLY READ SEHER'S MIND THROUGH HER EYES. SHE'S THAT EXPRESSIVE.
"Anything you write has to be good because you're THE SEHER MEHROTHRA." Ridhaan complimented which made her smile extend from her lips to her eyes.
"Rehan, could you pass me the ketchup please? Also, you've been with Seher since a very long time by now. How much do you understand her writing?" Miheeka asks as she reached out for the ketchup bottle Rehan was passing on.
"Well, as we all know Seher likes to keep it very indirect. We really have to have that level of patience and understanding while we read her books. So, I won't say I've not tried to read her books, I have, but they're very out of my level kind of books, you know." Rehan said elevating his shoulders.
"I agree to that." Ridhaan said and received a nobody-asked-you look from Rehan.
