Planning the occasion is exhausting, I’m having my last birthday with the freedom I’m used to.

That is not all, after that event many business people became interested in me  and volunteering to attend my grand birthday since some of them hasn’t see the heir of my Dad’s empire.

“Miss your gown is ready for fitting”

This is not a debut kind of gown it is just a plain gown with diamonds that shaped my curves I wanted this gown to come to life as I go out for the mirror I slowly turned to see if it matches my expectations.

After this gown I’ll be wearing my first corporate attire that will be my forever outfit after my birthday. I’ve known all business matters and I have to be ready for the reality I’m going to  face.

The lady’s maids pay their respect to my Dad as they give him way to me,

“Well you are not a kid anymore and tomorrow will be the rest of your entire being”

We both laughed as he help me to change my clothes.

“You haven’t chose your shoes yet and many more things”

I nodded. Tomorrow will be the day that I have no time for shopping, flirting and yeah no time to fuck around.

Finally we are back home maids came running in to held our shopping things and directly into my room I was exhausted but I have to sleep because I’ll look like panda tomorrow.

As my phone rang at the middle of the night unknown number yet I answered it.

As the call ended.

"Miss you looked very excited for today?"

I haven't even noticed that it is already morning and im having my hair and make up done and we're on the way to the big event.

Of course i am i get to see the man I've been craving for weeks now.

Early gifts came running in and our mansion will be full soon.

Why bother sending here at our house when i have to capture all the gifts they'll give me later.

Daddy showed me a white little box and I immediately opened it up.

It was the night they’ve all been waiting for to see the heir of my father's empire some are genuinely happy while others are silently gossiping.

Every man lined up and bought their roses to dance with me, accurately my first dance is my father.

He was so proud while dancing making jokes and all we both laugh and for once i wished he wasn't my father i wished he was my man so that i can be proud as his partner.

We've danced all night and only three bachelors left as the emcee announced.

"Mr. Richard Regatta the floor is now yours"

That name I've been waiting for it all night he pay his respects hand the bouquet of rose to the assistant next to me.

He placed his hands to my waist as the music starts with a different hit to me.

I started.

I just rolled my eyes.

"your husband isn't with you"

Medyo natigilan sya as we continue to dance.

"he's in charge of taking a look at our surrogacy mother of our child"

I just nodded.

"you think he'll be jealous?"

That triggers his mood di pa tapos ang kanta ay humalik na sya sa pisngi ko like others bowed and left.

When the piano starts it somehow sounds like a wedding march.

Tahimik lang kami and before a minute that song was about to end he grab my cheeks and says

"i love you"

And kissed me on the lips.

I can still hear the gasps and shutters of the cameras around us napapikit ako nang mga sandaling yon.

And sadly look into his eyes.

Does he know kung anong ginawa nya, the consequences of his actions after this event will be madness.

And the music ended.

Everyone claps and cheers.

He pulled me and wrap his hand on my waist.

"What are you doin"

"Letting everyone know"

And again he kiss me on my forehead.

I know that my father is suprised but he is somehow proud that someone is loving me genuinely but that's not what hurts me the most.

Richard Almere Regatta was looking at me with teary eyes and about to cry   he left his spot behind the cheers and applause.

I know why he is hurt.

We both know,

That he cannot do what Dein has done for he is already with someone.
