Third Person POV
His eyes weren't like anything she had seen in real life. They were bright, almost glowing, and different colours. Violently unique and endlessly beautiful. They belonged to him.
He caressed her cheek as she stepped to the rhythm of the music, long Victorian gown flowing behind her as she stared up at him. She had hardly noticed that his hair was changing colour.
Brown. Green. Pink. Red. Purple. Blue.
Those were the most frequent. She admired him. And she couldn't see how his eyes glorified her every flaws in ways that made her look perfect to him. She is perfect to him.
"We fell asleep." He says, smiling gently down at her. He looked breathtaking in his Victorian era outfit. They were in a ballroom. Dancing to music. They weren't in the present day, but they didn't think much of it. They were far too engulfed in eachother, even their breathing synced up.
"I know," she replied, sighing as he spun her around. His eyes glinted as he looked down at her in wonder.
"Should we wake up?" He asked, slowly coming to a stop as he held her close to his chest. She could hear his heartbeat.
And, just like that, she woke up with her head resting on his chest, listening as his heart was beating to the tune of the– now silent– music.
"We fell asleep, (y/n)." Awsten told her, his hand rubbing circles into her back.
"I don't want to get up." She told him, cuddling into him as if she had been dating him for years. She was much too tired to be embarassed, let alone get up.
"We have class." He told me.
'Right,' I thought silently. 'it's Tuesday.'
"Call in sick?" She suggested, hand tightening on his shoulder as she shuffled into a more comfortable position. Awsten groaned in what seemed like annoyance as she landed on a sensitive area.
"Careful." He mumbled a warning before placing his hands on the sides of her arms and moving her into a position that was comfortable for the both of them. "Do you want to keep watching the office?" He asked her, reaching for the remote on the floor.
"No. Can we just stay like this?" She asked, grabbing his arm and returning it to it's original position around her. He smiled.
"Let's not call. Let's just not show up." Awsten said, holding her tightly against him.
Long moments passed before another word was spoken. They were laying in silence comfortably, drifting off but always being snapped into reality when the other shuffled slightly to get more comfortable.
"Did we kiss yesterday?" (Y/n) asked, making an effort to look at the green haired man that held her close to him. He hummed and pretended to go over his memory.
In reality, it had been all he was thinking about.
"Yes." He smiled gently at her. "Was it bad?"
"No." She replied to the question, resting her head on the area of his chest where she could hear his heartbeat best. And, right now, she could hear that it was racing. "I don't think so."
Another moment of silence passed as their minds went over the memory of their recent first kiss. "Can we do it again?" She asked thoughtlessly, head still laying against his chest. Her head started to jump slightly with every beat of his heart. It was loud and powerful and it filled her ears like drums. She didn't mind it though.
He pulled her onto his lap in a straddling position before tucking a strand of hair behind her ear. She looked messy, but he didn't mind. He knew he did too. He still saw how beautiful she was though. All of it was obvious to him despite the fact he met her a short time ago.
He caressed her face before pulling her into a kiss, locking lips with hers as he held her gently.
The kiss went on longer than either of them had intended, but neither of them really wanted to let the other go.
It got somewhat heated, but Awsten stopped her.
"You're special to me, but I think we should leave this for the seventh date." He joked. She smiled, laughing lightly before shoving his shoulder softly.
"You dick."
"Not yet." He smiled playfully as he winked at her. She covered his mouth with her hand in attempt to silence his dumb comebacks, but his response was licking it.
"Ew! Aws! Why?!" She called out, then pretended she died after she wiped her hand on awsten's face, causing him to pull a sour look.
"Classy, (y/n)." Awsten laughed.
"You're the one who licked my hand." She mumbled in response, cuddling up to him and closing her eyes again. Awsten leaned his head back on a throw pillow and the pair slowly descended back into sleep.
Kyle had gotten worried about (y/n), her being like a sister to him. He went over to Awsten's room, silently praying that the door was unlocked and that they weren't going at it in his dorm.
He heard light snoring as he pushed open the door, glancing over at the hot chocolate mugs on the counter.
Awsten got up and put them there when (y/n) fell asleep because he was worried she'd get burned by it if it spilled over.
"Awsten? (Y/n)?" Kyle whispered before noticing the two on the couch. Panicking, her roomate looked around and saw that there were no clothes on the floor. "Good. Good." He mumbled, feeling like a slightly overprotective brother.
He saw that Awsten and (y/n) were snuggled up on the couch as an 'are you still watching?' popup displayed on the screen of the TV.
Kyle looked around the room for a paper or a sticky note so that he could leave a message for when the pair wake up.
Peeling off a sticky note from the pad, he used a pen from his pocket to scribble something on it quickly.
You guys are really cute together. Glad you're not hurt. I got worried when neither of you showed up to class. Text me next time so I don't awkwardly wait for you guys to show up while I'm in class.
- KyHe stuck the note to the door, then proceeded to leave, smiling to himself.
"I hope I find something like that."
-----
Author's note: Hello! Author here! Sorry this chapter is kind of short. I kind of wrote it over the course of a few days.
I really wanted this one to be kind of super cuddly and cute, so I hope it turned out the way I had envisioned. I MAY tie some supernatural stuff into it to spice it up, but that's only if you guys think it's a good idea. I don't want to ruin the story.
By supernatural stuff, I should mention that I mean ghosts, past lives, and stuff like that.
Also, it would really mean a lot to me if you shared this story with people. I worked really hard on it so... Yee :)
