Segment 6 -: Chapter 11 & 12

Chapter 11-: An unexpected turn.

"I don't see how you will assist us in this confrontation, thought you couldn't endure a little sunlight?" Katharina smirks at Alucard.  It was shortly after Dick and Lefinna had jumped into the purple-colored portal.  Shylock had gotten up to his feet, when Sarah was operating on him, his shirt had been taken off, his body was well-built, supple and waxed.

"I am Alucard son of Dracula, I am unaffected by the rays of the sun as my father, I shall join you in the battle!!" Alucard says with a booming voice, looking over at Shylock, he continues.  "I shall be back soon and go get yourself a shirt to wear." Shylock leaves the room, he had a blank expression on his face.

"So this is the plan," Alucard was staring at Katharina.  Ron and Reggie were gathered around them. "The priest is just one, shouldn't be too much for us to handle.  What we need to discuss is throwing a party as the mortal Dick suggested, I mean we faced off Shekindra and stopped him from resurrecting a fearsome god, we have been busy for the last four months, we deserve a little break, don't we?"

Katharina smiles sweetly, her smile was nice to look at.  "I didn't take you for one who celebrates, is the mortal rubbing off on you?"

"Never! I am just saying we should do a little celebration for the members of our clan, it should improve their productivity," Alucard answers with an uneasy grin. A few weeks ago, Dick had organized a party in which he had invited the members of the lycanpride and nightwalker clan except their leaders.  It was a fun event which functioned as a party, and for hookup purposes.  The two clans had only united to face off a common threat, Dick felt the clans shouldn't only team up when there was war but rather both in times of peace and hardship  He had taken it upon himself to create love and unity between the two clans, turns out it was a success, there was a lot of partying and opposite members of the two clans had begun dating, a thing which was highly prohibited by their leaders.  Alucard and Katharina had learned of this, though they tried to chastise them but when they realized how truly happy their members were with each other, they let the ancient laws go.

"I agree with you, we will make it a surprise, everyone loves a surprise party," Katharina smirks at him, a smile curves on Alucard's face.

"I will be taking care of the food, we shall have a blood fondue and hearty burritos, those are the top meals our clans both share in common," Alucard still grins cheekily.

"I will take care of the music, party decorations, and the others, it is gonna be grand," Katharina smiles.

"By I, she means us" Ron mutters to Reggie. Reggie gives a light chuckle.

"You know I can hear you right," Katharina turned her attention at the two lycanthropes.   "And yes, you will be taking care of it all and cleaning the party mess right after.
Ron and Reggie's faces both turn into a scowl.

"Let's go take care of the medium so we can start this party on time," Alucard says excitedly as he faces Redoulp.  "Anything you would like to tell us?"

"Nothing much except some strange creatures are terrorizing the city, you might want to consider mobilizing some men for that," Redoulp says as he shuts his eyes and locks his fingers, he still had his legs crossed, he was hovering high in the air.

"We can take care of that!" Ron quickly raised his voice.

"Don't play tricky, you are still going to be busy organizing the party so I suggest you don't keep lose all your energy," Katharina smirks.

"We will be on our way then," Ron says as he taps Reg on his back, the two men exit the room.

"So Sarah, the medium is at the local museum," Katharina says turning her attention at Sarah who was muttering words underneath her breath.
