The Light Meets The Dark (Shihai Kuroiro X Kinoko Komori)

Chapter 7: Splash! Pool Party!

It was 9:00. Most of the 1B kids were still getting ready. Kuroiro and Komori had already left the dorms and were on their way to the grocery store. Kuroiro had his navy blue swim trunks and a grey sleeveless shirt. He also had his hair in a ponytail. Komori had her bathing suit on but she had Jean shorts and a pink sleeveless shirt over it.

Komori: Shihai, I've never seen you with a ponytail before. It looks good on you, do you do it often?

Kuroiro: Not really, but I thought today would be appropriate since we are getting wet.

Komori: You should do it more often, it really looks good on you.

Kuroiro: Thank you, my dear. But I think you look way better. In fact, don't take this the wrong way, but I think you look cute in that outfit as well.

Komori: Awww, thanks! I'm glad you like it! 

Kuroiro's Thoughts: Smooth. 

Komori reached for his hand and he happily complied. The couple was walking through the streets almost arriving at grocery store until they were stopped by two kids.

Kid 1: Woah, you guys are from U.A. right? I've seen you on TV a few times!

Kid 2: Yeah, you're the guy that cane merge with darkness and you're the girl that can grow mushrooms! So cool!

Komori: Oh, why thank you! That's very nice of you both!

The kids noticed them holding hands

Kid 1: Are you two dating or something.

Kuroiro with a blank face: Yes.

Kid 2: Who cares about that dude! Can I have your guy's autographs!

Komori: Sure!

The kid took off his backpack and had the two young heroes sign it. They both ran off thanking them.

Kid 2: Thank you, guys!

Komori: Anytime!

Komori: Shihai, isn't that awesome. We're kinda like celebrities now!

Kuroiro: I guess, I don't like being in the public eye much, but I guess it's cool every now and then to interact with the fans.

Komori: Of course it is! You know, you should really show the world the Shihai Kuroiro I saw a few nights ago. Not everyone has the privilege to know the real you as I do.

Kuroiro: And I intend to keep it that way. I'm just a very private guy. I don't really like my personal life being on display. But hey, I'm trying to be a little more open.

Komori: That's good Shihai, I'll support you every step of the way.

Kuroiro: Whatever, we're here anyway.

The two teens arrived at the grocery store. They were both greeted by the employee greeting.

Greeter: Welcome you two!

Komori: Hello!

Komori and Kuroiro headed to the aisle where the hamburger and hotdog buns were. Kuroiro had grabbed a cart for all the stuff they needed.

Kuroiro: There are twenty people in our class, right?

Komori: Yeah, you didn't know that?

Kuroiro: I don't really pay attention to little things like that.

Komori: You really should. You seem popular in our class.

Kuroiro: Me, popular? That's hysterical.
