Skylar woke up feeling happy today. It was Kayden's first birthday and they were planning on doing a prince theme. Just a few people were invited to the party and Nova was coming over, Skylar couldn't wait to see her since it's been a very long time since they've seen each other.
"Levi is Kayden awake" Skylar asked when Levi walked into the bathroom.
"No he's not up as yet" Levi whispered as he walked over to her. She stared at herself in the mirror as she catch her hair up into a messy bun. Levi wrapped his arms around her waist then buried his head into her neck. "Hmm I can't believe our son is one already" Levi whispered against her neck and she nodded then smiled. Levi placed his hands on her small bump then slowly started running his hands over her skin.
"Um... Levi let's go see if everything is ready" Skylar turned towards him then pecked his lips. He nodded then held her hand in his. They both left the bathroom and went downstairs to the dining room.
"Aww this is so prefect and so cute" she cooed as she looked around the place "Lisa did everything so perfect" she whispered.
"Are we going to do the Photoshoot for Kayden?" Levi asked Skylar and she nodded then smiled.
"I feel like I'm going to cry, my baby is turning one already" she sniffed and Levi pulled her in for a hug.
"Skylar it's okay, he'll be your baby forever even when he's a grown man" Levi chuckled.
"Good morning" Elijah said as he walked into the room with a big present in his hands. His wife followed behind him with a little girl behind her and a baby in her arms. "Skylar this is my wife Katelynn, my son Aaron and the little one hiding is my daughter Lila" Elijah introduce his family and Skylar smiled then waved at the little girl. Lila waved back then shyly hid behind Katelynn.
"Lila why are you hiding from your uncle come give me a hug" Levi said and she smiled then ran towards him, lifting her off her feet she wrapped her arms around his neck. "Ugh... you've gotten so big I can't lift you up anymore" Levi groaned and Lila giggled.
"Is she your girlfriend" Lila whispered aloud in Levi's ears. Levi chuckled then nodded.
"Yes you are going to love her" Levi whispered back and everyone laughed. Placing Lila down Levi turned towards Skylar "I'll go see if Kayden is up" Levi said then left. He walked up the stairs to Kayden's nursery which was now finished. Levi peeked his head inside and he saw Kayden sitting up in his crib while sucking on his pacifier.
"Happy birthday KAYDEN!" Levi shouted startling poor Kayden. Levi chuckled and the pacifier fell from Kayden's mouth, he pouted and tears filled his eyes. Levi felt bad that he scared Kayden then walked over to him. "I'm sorry Kayden I didn't mean to scare you" Levi laughed then picked him up. Levi left the nursery and went back downstairs to where everyone was. Skylar took Kayden from Levi then kissed his cheek.
"Happy birthday baby" Skylar cooed and Kayden just stared at everyone. "What's wrong baby why are you so sad?" Skylar asked and Kayden pointed at Levi. Skylar glared at Levi and he shrugged.
"Levi what did you do to my baby" Skylar asked and Levi shrugged again while scratching the back of his head. "Did he scare you?" Skylar asked and Kayden nodded. "Aww you poor baby" Skylar hit Levi on the chest and Kayden laughed.
"Skylar!" Nova shouted when she walked into the room. Skylar squealed then ran over to her.
"I missed you so much" Skylar told her and Nova smiled then hugged her.
"I missed you too" Nova said then pulled back "Kayden I can't believe you one come to your godmother" Nova laughed then took Kayden from Skylar. "So Skylar how's everything going?" Nova asked.
