Deans point of view

Another day at another school. I mean this is the third school we've been to this year, and it's only November. By we I mean my brother Sam and I, who I call Sammy.Sammy and I stepped out the car. Sam looked down as if he's depressed. I can't help but to ask if he's okay seeing as my father won't even notice something is bothering Sammy. "You okay?" I inquire. "Sure," he reacted almost instantly but I knew he was lying." Sammy...," I began. He was hesitant but began again, "I mean, look, this is the third school we've been to this year, and it's only November. I'm just sick of always being the new kid." I felt bad for the kid knowing that it was my job to protect him since I was eldest and I was in charge of cleaning up after my father's messes. "You'll be fine. If anyone gives you any trouble, you let me know. Relax. Dad said this job will take him two weeks, tops. Soon, we're out of here." "To another school. Awesome." "Hey mom said she's make us cookies when we get home." "Whatever," he uttered as we both strolled into our new school. We entered the office looking for someone to help us get our class schedule while Sam still looked a little miserable. "Hello can I get some help here? "Suddenly this average aged women came from behind the door that read teacher's lounge no students allowed. "Hello did you need something?" she smiled pretty big signaling that she was either being nice or she was trying to flirt with me. "Yea me and my brother are new students here and we need our class schedule. "She smiled once more and spoke "you too must be the Winchester brothers we been expecting you." "Expecting us?" questioned Sammy. "Yes, all morning. We received your files last Friday," she explained as if it was the simplest thing. "You too better hurry and put your things in your locker if you want to be on time for 1st period." She paused and glanced at me "I'll be seeing you around." Sammy and I left the school office before we parted because he wanted to check out his new locker. I seemed to find my homeroom pretty easy considering that I was new. I found a seat near the back that seemed to empty and sat down. I checked the clock before realizing it was barely 7:51 and started wondering whether Sam got to his class alright. I thoughts were interrupted when this dark haired boy stopped right in front of seat. He was to say the least averagely attractive, about 5'8, and seemed to be staring at me. I didn't know exactly what to since I have never been checked out by a guy before so I simply just smirked at him. Lucky for me and this mysterious stranger his friend seemed to pull him out of his trance. "Castiel... Castiel... did you hear what I just said?" he suddenly blinked as if he was awoken from a dream."yeah something about you being able to hook me up with a girl." He turned to look at me once more before walking to his seat next to his friend. The bell rang at once signaling to those who weren't in class to hurry up or risk getting a detention. This older woman came in and took one look before acknowledging that I was new. I stood up because I knew what was next, it was same process as always. "Class, say hello to our new student, Dean Winchester. Dean, is there anything you'd like to tell us about yourself?" she proclaimed. As usual I just said, "Not really, sweetheart." Her expression changed from hopeful as if I would be the smartest guy in the class and I would be inspired by her teaching to annoyance as if I had ruined a large part of her day. "Take your seat." I walked the aisle resuming to the seat I had sat down in earlier. Then the teacher had opened her mouth again, "Dean, where are your books?" I acknowledged her question before retorting, "Don't need 'em, sugar. Not gonna be here long enough anyway." I noticedthe boy from earlier who I now knew was named Castiel which appeared to be a strange name but who was I to judge his name, it probably had a significant meaning stare back at me. I wonder why he did so because he didn't look gay at all. Especially if his friend was trying to set him up with this girl named Naomi. I wouldn't call what I was doing eavesdropping on the conversation just watching and listening to my surroundings. It's not like Mrs. Malum, my new teacher which I already managed to disappoint, was actually teaching something interesting. History was just history and I could use it as an excuse to talk to castiel and see what his deal was.
