"Yihwa if you don't answer your phone, I'm going to throw it in the fridge."

"It's just Korn. He can wait." Yihwa stretched on the couch, laying her head on Cho's lap.

"Yihwa."

"Fine." Yihwa opened her messages. "Oh." She straight up, knocking the papers from Cho's hands onto the floor.

"Yihwa."

"Sorry. It's not Korn."

"But you said it was."

"It is, but it isn't."

"You aren't making any sense, Yihwa."

"Look." Yihwa shoved the phone in Cho's face.

Cho leaned back, trying to put distance between him and the screen. "What am I looking at?"

"That's Korn's name, but that's not him writing."

"Looks like it says something about a rental company." Cho squinted at the too close phone screen. Yihwa pulled the phone back and scrolled through the messages.

"They say they found his phone in one of their cars and as I was the last person he texted, they contacted me."

"You call the rental company, I'll call Knock and let him know."

It didn't take long for Yihwa to get the full details. After getting a flat tire on the highway, they had exchanged cars. They'd found the phone on the driver's seat of the old car. But as they were long gone by the time they found it, there was nothing they could do but contact the last person on the phone. The downside was they were two hours out of town and unable to drop it off directly with Yihwa. If they wanted it soon, someone would need to pick it up. Otherwise they would messenger it over.

"Knock's not answering." Cho set his phone down. "Why are you looking at me like that, Yihwa?"

"How did I let you talk me into this?" Cho asked as they headed down the highway.

"If I remember, it didn't seem that difficult. What's not to love about this plan? We know where Knock and Korn went. We pick up the phone, take it out to them and get to spend a few days on the beach. Seems like a perfect plan to me."

"Except the part where we are crashing their vacation. I'm not sure they will be happy to see us."

Yihwa waved her hand. "Of course they will. Besides, we're doing them a favor. How can they be mad? And honestly, it's fate. The lady who answered the phone at the hotel told me I got the last double bed bedroom. Everything else was beyond our budget."

"I wish Knock would answer his phone so they at least knew what was happening."

"And ruin the surprise?" Yihwa stretched. "No, it will much more fun this way."

Getting the phone turned in an unexpected difficult task. The men at the rental counter did not want to hand it directly to Yihwa. Not until Cho walked in to find out what was taking so long.

"You know those men were hitting on you?" Cho asked as they got back into the car.

"I know. But I don't care." Cho raised his eyebrow at her. "Because you're all I need."

In the last few months she had worked hard at earning back Cho's trust. And while they were not back to normal, things were moving in the right direction. Coming on this trip had been a spur of the moment idea. A few days away enjoying the ocean breezes, hanging out with her boyfriend and best friends sounded like a dream. And getting away with Cho might be the last little push they needed to completely fix their relationship.
