Arjun had a talk with tauji and he was back to his place where the gang was wating for tauji to accept case!!

Arjun:- "Tauji told he will think over it...bt the plus point is he believes sameer is innocent!!!"

Swati-" Chalo atleast he will give it a though others to directly said No!!"

After almost 3 hrs...gang was yet at arjun's place!!!

Munna-" Yaar, tauji has not yet took his decision, will he fight the case???"

Arjun-" leta keep our fingers crossed!!"

Munna gets a call and he attends the call and comes back to the gang!!!

Munna-" It seems every problem is just searching us...we have one more big hurdle on our way!!!"

Swati- "Now what is that???"

Munna-" Mr. Ramnath Malhotra...one of the biggest lawyers in Ahmedabad...known for just winning...the person never loses...is kamya's lawyer!!!"

Pandit-" Father of shravan Malhotra, he is definitely the best...but shravan is sameer's friend, we can talk to him...infact if at all we can...we shall convenience him to take this case!!!"

Munna-" You think m that dumb that I wouldn't have contacted shravan before coming to tauji...if he was in town he whd have nt nly taken bt also won...bt I had a talk with his secretary he is on vacation and not available for 10days!!!"

Shefali-" Everything has a plus point...in this case he is the biggest rival of tauji and if tauji is taking this case he would go to any extent to win rather say to defeat Mr.Malhotra!!!"

Swati- "But that is when he takes up the case. It is physical assault case, tauji cares for his image more than Sameer's image... winning physical assault cases for a man being defendant are not easy!!!"

Pandit-" You are correct, he cares for his image more than sameer!!!" He got an idea and decided to get his idea implemented...he did not yet tell the gang about his plan...he wanted to first do things himself...but he was sure if his plan worked...Sameer would be out tomorrow!!!

It was bright day, all got up with hopes of things to he solved...but little did they know today's day whould change their lives for bitter!!!

Preeti had convenieced naina to talk to sameer one's and both left for mandir!! It was already 10 a.m but sameer was no where to be seen...Preeti and naina had expected him to come early!!! But naina wanted to talk to him...she had hope that he yet loved him...that bet was just a misunderstanding so she waited patiently for him!!! It was already 11 a.m...yet there was no sign of sameer...now naina's hopes were being crashed...she was feeling betrayed once again...again mind was over taking her heart!! Naina was angry...but with Preeti's pleading they decided to wait for some more time!! It was 11.30 now that was it for naina her patience ended!!!

Naina-" I told you Preeti, he would never turn up, he would never give an explanation... because he has no explanation...he knows he was wrong...may be even he knows he is guilty...and now he knows he cannot explain his doings!!! I was here because somewhere I felt he yet loves me...he will stop me from going...but by not coming here today he again broke me...it seems he wants me to go...he does not love me...and you know what Preeti thank you...if you whould have brought me here today I would have always lived with a hope of getting his love, bt now I know my place in his life, forget it Preeti, let's leave...we need to catch a train at 2 P.m... I was confused of leaving Ahmedabad...but now I am more determined...come letz leave this place will just give u pain!!!"
