Munna, swati and shefali had a big smile on their face...kamya on the other side was like bitten by a snake...zameen fisal rahi thi kamya k pairo k neeche se...after all sameer's love was back she never expected her to b back even in her dreams...now she feared of loosing just looking at naina's determination...she knew naina will never let sameer stay in prison...she knew naina's belief on sameer is more than anything!!!!

Swati Holding munna's hand in excitement" Munna naina aa gayi ab to hum jeet hi jayenge!!!"

Coming forward and taking her place as the defendant she looked at Mr.Malhotra and continued
Naina-" A person is considered innocent until proven guilty...he is not guilty until he is proven innocent!!!"

Munna just stands up and claps on naina's this dailouge in excitement...Swati pulls him down!!!

Naina- " I am extremely sorry your honour for being late...but you see your honour lawyers in Ahmedabad are afraid to fight for what is right so I had to fly from Delhi all the way and the traffic in Ahmedabad dint allow me to reach on time...I sincerely apologize for that my lord!!!"

Judge-" Continue with the proceedings !!!"

Malhotra-" I really appreciate that Ms.Agarwal could atleast make it to court make it to court before the hearing ended...but your honour Ms.Agarwal's arrival does not change the fact that Mr.Maheswari is guilty he should not be granted bail...He can leave the state if granted bail!!!"

Naina-" My client is not going anywhere because first he is not yet proven guilty...Mr.Malhotra I would appreciate if you let the judge decide if my client is guilty or not...Please do not give your conclusion and secondly he has a business to run he is not going anywhere!!!"

Malhotra-" Which business where is assault people!!!"

Judge-" Mr.Malhotra let the court decide if he is guilty or not...don't repeat that he is guilty... hearing is yet going on...next time u declare him guilty I will charge you with a penalty!!!"

Malhotra-" I am extremely sorry my lord...but what if the same thing happens with any other female employee...what if like kamya Srivastava any other female employee is harassed!!!"

Pandit comes and hands over some documents to naina...and settles himself with the gang!!!

Naina-" Your honour... Maheshwari Garments is a big name...there are around 836 workers and around 423 employees who earn their living by working in Maheshwari Garments. The company has a big contract to be completed in next 15 days...if they don't complete the company would suffer financial crisis...and these employees and workes will not get their salaries and wages respectively!!!
