Mr.malhotra:-" I would like to call upon Miss.kamya Shrivastava in the witness box my lord!!!"

Naina goes to Mr. malhotra and slowly says "Mr.malhotra I said you, i will be using your witness to prove my point finally the one I wanted is here, so be careful and yes plz do play from my side" saying this she winks at him😜

     Kamya has always been one of the biggest drama Queens and also the attention gainer, naina knew about this and had planned to use the same against Kamya....to clear sameers character naina had planned to prove that Kamya was interested in sameer and it was never vice versa, she had to do this for him!!!!

Mr.malhotra:-" So tell the court what happened on that dreadful day???"

Kamya starts her drama:-" Is it necessary to remind me of that day??? It is so hard for a girl to go through such things, please judge sahab, I do not want to remember that day, but I will for the sake of justice of Myself, of every girl, I will do it!!!"

Naina:-" Stop wasting courts time and trying to be the role model for others, answer it fast!!!"

Judge:-" Miss.agarwal this is court behave yourself!!"

Naina:-" Sorry my lord!!" She winks at Kamya😜

      As being a high profile case even media was present there, Kamya was trying to gain sympathy, but naina had flopped her plan!!!!

Kamya:-" I was assigned to communicate with international clients, regarding the big order they were giving us, after the call with the international clients i went to inform Sameer sir about it, he was sitting on the sofa, he called me there and said I have an offer for you, get physcial with me and I give you a raise, I was shocked, i did not like the way he was looking at me, so I decided to leave and come in again with some other people, but then he caught me (starts crying) and started forcing himself on me, started kissing my neck, he ....then...tore....(stammering) my clothes and tried to.......touch....my breasts!!!!!"

Mr.malhotra:-" Enough I cannot hear anymore!!!"

Naina:-" But the court can.... Because court beleives in justice...plz let her continue my lord!!!"

Judge:-" It is dreadful to here this, but we need to know the complete truth, so Miss.kamya please relax yourself first and then continue!!!"

Kamya continues:-" After that I somehow tried to push him and tried to run, but again he caught me and he is way to strong, I was helpless, I juts kept pleading and shouting but he did not listen to me, finally somehow I saved myself and ran from there!!"

Mr Malhotra:-" See my lord, how much has my client faced, she should be granted justice my lord, this person shall be sent to life time imprisonment!!!"

Kamya:-" What good will happen to me if he is sent to imprisonment??? I am a used girl no one will marry me, he should be given the punishment to marry me and keep me happy, he has wasted my life, he will leave peacefully in prison...here in real world I will have to suffer.... you know na judge sahab, how bad does this society treat a used women!!!"

Mr.malhotra:-" You see judge sahab, my client is in no state to answer further questions, can she please leave??"

Naina:-" If she wants justice, she has to be strong my lord, justice has its own strength Mr Malhotra, she is demanding justice, by answering these questions she is taking her step towards justice, am I right my lord???"
