we met at the beach

chapter one.

Warning swears.

"So Virge, Re get ready because we're going to the beach with Roman and two of his friends" Janus said. Virgil and I nodded as we got ready. "Also Remus do you remember where your brother lives?"

"Uh yeah but wouldn't it be easier to meet somewhere like Wendys or something?" I asked a little annoyed about him coming.

"Fair,Fair. I'll text him and tell him to meet us at a Mcdonalds." Janus said, pulling out his phone.

"McDoNaLdS" Virgil joked from his room

"What have you sta-" I was cut off by Janus calling Roman.

"Answer your texts dumbass." He said, annoyed.

"He's your dumass-" I joked. He glared at me as I smiled. He shock his head and continued talking with my brother. "Put him on speaker" I mouthed. He nodded then put my brother on speaker.

"Anygays what do you want?" my brother asked. "Anyway-""Shush nerd!" "Anygays isn't a word!" "You're not a word!" "Now now kiddos stop fighting." "We are the same age Patton." "Shut up! HE IS PADRE!" "Language!" "English." "Logan-"

I looked at Janus and he nodded. I grabbed the phone and said. "Roman stop being a dumbass and get your ass to mcdonald because we're meeting there. So you either get there or i'm gonna steal your knee caps." Everything went silent. 

"I need my knee caps brother" Roman finally said. 

"Then get to mcdonalds and we'll meet you there." I said. He mumbled a 'Fine' and hung up. "Alright are you two ready?" I asked. Janus nodded and Virgil gave a thumbs up. 

"I call shotgun!" Virgil said as he ran out the door. 

"Hey! You got it last time!" I said chasing after him. He climbed into the car through the open window. I sat in the backseat with a fake pout. Janus just rolled his eyes and started driving. When we got there we found them. "Hola perra!" I said as I sat next to my brother.

"Jodete" He said annoyed. 

"That's insist" I said, The others looked at us confused then Virgil said. 

"At least he doesn't fuck a snake." I looked at him surprised. 

"Wrong twin Virge." I said a little annoyed. He rolled his eyes as Roman flicked me. 

"Anyways.. Lets go." Janus said standing up and starting to leave.  We stood up and followed. "So what are your names?" Janus asked as we walked towards the car. 

"I'm Patton! But everyone calls me dad!" The cute one said. 

"Logan Berry." The other one said. 

"I'm Remus and this is Virge" I said pointing at Virgil. Virgil gave a tiny wave and we continued walking. 
"I'm Jan-" "J-anus-" Remus no. I'll tell you this again. Its Jan-us" "Whatever" We argued.   The others looked at us confused as Virgil was trying not to laugh. 

"I mean that's probably better then your other nickname." Virgil pointed out. 

"If you both don't shut up you'll have to clean the house by yourself. I will ground you both." Janus said. 

"fInE mOm" Virgil and I joked as we got in the car. 

"Logan if you'd like you can sit up front and the others can sit in the back though you and Virgil might not have that much room" Janus said, Logan nodded and sat in the front with Virgil and Janus. Roman refused to sit next to me so Patton was in the middle while Roman and I sat by the windows. I put in my earbuds and started listening to my music. I was looking out the window and was almost asleep because it takes about two hours to get to where we're going. I felt one of my earbuds get taken out but didn't ask why or who. 

"Whatcha listening to?" I heard someone ask. 'Oh it's Patton' I thought.

"Just some sad songs.." I replied. He looked at me confused then put on the earbuds.

'I can't imagine a world with you gone. The joy and the chaos. The demons we're made of. I'd be so lost if you left me alone. You locked yourself in the bathroom. laying on floor when I break through. I pull you and I feel your heart beat. Can you hear me screaming 'please don't leave me' hold on I still want you, come back I still need you. Let me take your hand i'll make it right swear to love you all my life. hold on i still need you..' 

He listened closely to the song, finding the meaning behind it. "If you want, you can continue listening to my music.." I said quietly so Patton was the only one to hear me. He nodded.

Patton's P.O.V. 

He does have a lot of good songs. Like hug all your friends, Other friends, big bowl in the sky and some other songs. A lot of them are either sad or weird but they're good songs. After a couple songs I felt something on my shoulder, it was Remus. He must've fallen alseep. I smiled a bit and felt my checks heat up. Do.. Do I like him? I just met him, I can't like him, right?
