Helix In! I'm back, now this chapter will be taking place around two hours by the time The Vampyr Strike Team assaulted the Cell base as Mistral's Council and police began focusing on investigating the attack on the base, so I'll try what I can here. With that out of the way, Let's get on with it.
3rd POV
With the attack and subsequent detonation of some kind of explosive on a building in Kuchinachi, The people there have panicked, resulting in negativity going through the minds of the people, afraid of some terrorist attack in their city and with fear, came the Grimm, as a band of Grimm subsequently assailed the city, that was eventually repelled, while damaging some structures, killing some people and a Huntsman, and even a few of the City's Militia were killed as they were swarmed by the horde.
We cut to Mistral's Capitol City as within the capitol building, were the Council, as each Councilman and Councilwoman gather for this incident.
"Ladies and Gentlemen, it would seem that something happened in Kuchinachi." A Councilman said as the other Councilmen and women nodded as the man who spoke first pulled up a Holographic news broadcast reporting on the incident. The broadcast showed an energetic, blonde News reporter
"-Good morning out there, people, and today is such a beautiful day here in Kuchinachi and today we might as well interview some people here.-" The woman said to her cameraman as the both of them walked around and talked with some people.
"Mind skipping a bit? we need to get to the point." A Councilwoman asked as the man nodded and proceeded to fast-forward the footage a bit to the point where the incident occurred.
"-So what's your view on the Huntsmen in it's entirely, sir?-" The reporter asked an elderly man in his late 70s on a wheelchair, wearing a worn out Imperial uniform.
"-Well, while they are good in their job, I don't like them-." The old man said to the younger, reporter and cameraman.
"-And why is that?-" The woman asked.
"-'Cause they're gosh darn Mercenaries, the whole lot of them. And they only know how to fight the Grimm, That's nice and all, but what if they fight some Human or Faunus?-" The Old war vet said as he now ranted, willing to slander the Huntsmen's name if it meant that his opinion can be explained from his perspective and to show that the Huntsmen are practically legalized Mercenaries.
"-Well, never mind that, regardless, the old man here is quite interesting, and now on other news-" The woman said before an abrupt explosion occurred in front of the cameraman as the reporter turned around, shock emanating from her.
"-OUM'S GRACE! WHAT HAPPENED!?-" The reporter screamed as the old vet winced in pain from the noise.
"-What in the devil's name is going on!?-" The Old man asked,
"-ATTENTION, GRIMM HAS BEEN SIGHTED, THREAT LEVEL 4, ALL CIVILIANS GO TO YOUR HOMES, WE'LL DEAL WITH THE GRIMM HERE!-" A speaker announced as Militia readied themselves alongside the Cities Huntsmen which is just two warriors as the explosion alerted some grimm, causing a breach to occur as a bunch of Grimm came out from the forest, drawn to the negativity caused by the explosion and the negativity emanating from the fallen White Fang terrorists as those that were knocked out panicked, causing more Grimm to come after them.
"-Let's go!-" The News reporter said as the both of them decided to bail out as the footage ended. The councilman that played the footage now looked back to the people
"Now as you can see, with the explosion and negative energy going through the people and the subsequent findings of surviving White Fang terrorists we captured, caused those Grimm to come here. Now the Question is, who or what caused an explosion like that?" The Councilman said as he left the last bit of his statement as a question.
