In which a pastel boy hides his dark past, and a bad boy just seems to find this boy mysterious

Changbin was beating himself up all day. He loved seeing how Felix was smiling when he had come to school, and that he was wearing what he liked to wear but it of course that to had to go to shit.
"Changbin...... Mr. Seo.... SEO CHANGBIN!!!"
Oh, sorry, I guess I forgot to mention that Changbin was currently in geography class.
"Yes, Mrs. Park?" He asked trying to mask his rage.
"Would you like to tell the class why you're not paying attention to class?" She asked faking a genuine tone of voice.
"Hmm... Well, you see... I don't really give a fuck." He paused for a moment, looking as if he were thinking before he hummed quietly with a smug look on his face. "Hm, yup, that sounds about right." He came to the conclusion that he didn't give two shits about this class.
Mrs. park scoffed, "that's detention for you, Mr. Seo!" She shouted to which the ravenette male simply shrugged.
~to Felix's class~
Felix was staring out the window as he didn't have the energy to focus on what the teacher was saying.
He jumped when he heard the teacher yell, "Lee Felix!"
Felix was silently shaking, "y-yes?" He stuttered out, fear evident in his eyes but his hood blocked most people from seeing the upper bag of his face.
"Detention. I'm ashamed that you're not paying attention." The teacher stated coldly.
Felix felt his eyes start to water as he slowly nodded his head. The last class of the day and his day managed to get worse still.
~at the end of the day~
Felix didn't message his friends that he had detention so they were currently looking around the whole school for him until they peered in a classroom and realized that he had detention. What they didn't notice was Changbin sitting at the back of the class staring intently at the cute brunette boy.
Felix was scrolling through his tiktok with his earbuds in when a sad video came up on his fyp and he started to have a panic attack. (The video is the one on the first page)
He dropped his phone on the desk and froze before ripping the earbuds out of his ears.
"Felix! Don't be so—" The teacher was going to yell at him but when he looked up and saw Felix crying like no tomorrow as well as slightly hugging himself with a terrified expression on his face he stopped himself and immediately called Felix's adoptive parents.
Changbin watched the whole thing go down and except that he couldn't see Felix's face so he was confused.
He slowly got up and quietly made his way over to the desk in front of Felix before the teacher yelled at him to mind his own business but when he saw Felix his eyes widened and all he wanted to do right now was cuddle the boy and make sure he was okay.
Felix looked Changbin straight in the eyes before closing his eyes right and looking down.
Jeongin couldn't take it anymore as they had been watching from the door in confusion but Jeongin quickly realized what had happened.
He rushed over to Felix ignoring the confused look Changbin gave him and hugged Felix tightly. Felix jumped as he hasn't expected it but once he felt the warmth surround him and the scent of Jeongin's soft cologne he hugged back realizing who it was.
Jeongin was whispering soft and reassuring words into Felix's ear at an attempt to calm him down; "it's okay, Lix.", "You're okay.", "I'm right here."
"He can't hurt you."
Changbin's eyes widened at this. Did he hear that correctly.....?
