PALACE OF ELYSIUM
PAST
MONTH OF MAYFluttering winds ruffled the thin smooth layers of tulle entangled around the girl, her hair in a tangled auburn mess atop her head, swinging her legs to some unheard aria, her body swaying in a beat of some rustic melody, her eyes closed as the sun shined upon her delicate features, as she sat atop a marble bench in a flower garden overlooking the majestic castle with its pristine whitewashed walls and long turrets with strange gargoyles giving off a gothic vibe amidst the sparkly surrounding.
The garden was overflowing with flowers of gold, yellow, blue, and reds, their fragrance stimulating the air in a vibrant aura of intoxication. The dark towering trees gave a wild untamed look to the place, the golden leaves were strewn across the pathway in a grubby decadence.
The girl looked no more than sixteen summers as she hummed, lost in her spirited dreams of lush vibrancy, opening her calamitous purple eyes, staring up at the clear morning sky with its pale blue ambiance, the white fluffy clouds stagnant atop as birds chirped by, flying in some random direction with mindless ecstatic freedom chasing at its tails.
"Lilith." a deep throbbing voice spoke softly, its calm thriving essence caused shivers to run along the spine of the girl, her eyes closed once more, her lips turned up in a soft smile, her ears picking up the sound of the hushed footsteps crunching upon the leaves as it neared to where she sat overlooking the lush green mountains surrounding the grand castle.
Lilith turned her head towards where the crunching footsteps were heard, her shy smile brightening up as she gazed at the tall male sauntering towards her, his back straight, his body lean under the dark blue robes adorning it, his dark Saphire eyes twinkling in mischief when it met her pointed gaze, as his thin lips curled up slightly in one corner.
Warm fuzzy and giddy, Lilith could feel all of it at the same time as he came and sat beside her, engulfing her in an intoxicating scent, her mind and conscience becoming hazy and murky in his strangely intimidating yet inebriating presence. She couldn't help herself from scooting closer to where he was sitting, her eyes cast downwards in a stiflingly shy demeanor.
"Lucifer," she whispered in her soft chiming voice, her legs trembling in some desirous apprehension, the yearning clearly audible through the tremours in her mumbling, "I've missed you, it had been so long since you came to visit me, almost five years, last time when you saw me, I was just a twelve-year-old girl, and now, umm what I want to sat is that....", she stumbled upon her words.
"Yes?" the baritone voice smoothly mischievous, Lucifer's lips curling up in a crooked smile, his heart thumping at the way Lilith scooted herself even more close to him in an attempt to feel confident about what she wanted to convey.
"What I want to say is that it has been so long, I wrote you so many letters yet you never wrote any back to me," she cleared her throat before looking up at him, purple meeting dark blue as if in a challenge, conviction, and passion shining in a frenetic frenzy in both the pairs," I am not a child anymore."
"Then what am I supposed to do if you are not a child anymore?" he aggressively whispered back, their faces closer as if joined by a string, pulling each other without conscious will.
"Take me with you, wherever you live, to be with you as your wife, as your companion just as I was always meant to be. You can't keep me locked up here forever in this castle, I demand you to bring me along to be your side."
The stringent conviction in her voice created untamed havoc inside his chest, excitement for his consuming future engulfing him in an arduous zeal.
"Do you even know the duties of a bride?"
"I know that I am passionately, ardently and completely in love with you, I have always been and I always will no matter the way life ends up and you know that." She muttered, her eyes moistening as certain emotions enraptured inside her, the frenzied pain clogging up her throat, her heart pulsating in uneven frantic beats, "It has always been you, every choice, every decision I've taken is to bring myself by your side, no matter the circumstances, no matter the disastrous consequences."
Lucifer delicately caressed the smooth skin of her face, fingers gliding over her golden skin, rubbing the tears that overflowed, running down the apples of her cheek, her eyelashes clumping as she blinked furiously trying to clearly look at him.
"But you know that...."
"It doesn't matter, we have defeated them, fate will change, it has to, we both have sacrificed enough, its time to make a decision, either you're with me or not, I've traversed enough to not cower down anymore, and now it is your choice."
"You know that I'll always choose you but," He pleaded, a silent terror immersing inside.
"No, then there's no buts, we will live together, forever, finally." She interrupted, her hands clutching his in a tight hold, her knuckles turning white.
Lucifer opened his mouth to reply only to shut up as the young girl launched herself at him, her pliant body melting into him, her lips moving furiously against his, her eyes scrunched shut, tears falling, her hands clutching his dark wavy hair, body moving against him as if in some trance, breathing exaggerated, lips stinging as it clashed, his hands moving along her body, gripping the soft chiffon as heat bubbled up.
Lilith moved her body to straddle upon Lucifer, her lips drawing in ragged harsh breaths, as he kissed and clawed down her soft body, his fervor matching her passion as they moved against one another, hands gripping, breathing hard.

PRESENT
TOWN OF MAZDAA sudden crash echoed across and Lilith woke up from her dream, her sweet memory with her love which haunted her in this dark gloomy place, her breathing severe, as fresh torrents of tears poured down her face in deep longing.
"Sorry, sorry ma'am, I didn't mean to break it, "Alex whispered, his voice frightened and trembling.
Alex was confused and scared when he woke up and found himself sleeping on the chaise couch inside the mistress' room, it seemed he had fainted and the mistress has helped him.
To be honest, he was intoxicated when he gazed at her sleeping peacefully on a high backed chair, her legs pulled up to her chest and her dark velvety dress flowing down, she was ethereally beautiful to him, but when she started sweating and panicking in her dream, he stumbled up, consciousness returning, everyone must have looked for him, how much time must have passed.
In his hurry to stumble back to the kitchen and finish his chores, he crashed against the tiny bedside table, causing the porcelain vase to crash down and the splinters spreading across the floor.
When he looked up at her direction, Alex saw her crying, his heart clenching in some unknown emotion, his chest aching when he saw her trying to control her ragged breathing. He shook his head as if to clear his head before apologizing profusely and hurried to clean the mess before Lilith could hurt herself.
"I'll be right back ma'am, please don't step down, you might hurt yourself, I'll be back in a second."Alex rushed out as he carefully moved across the floor, scrutinizing through the dim lighting as to not hurt himself, as walking with an injured leg back to the bus stop would prove painfully time-consuming and horrendous.
Lilith could only stare at the boy who looked to be around the same age as her staggering out in his shabby clothes, her memories coaxing her mind to another fresh torrent of physical and mental ache, her body trembling at the assault of longing on her soul, as the mahogany door closed upon her.
