Natsu's pov:
I don't remember......I don't remember how this happened. Its was so fast
"Hey Natsu," she dropped to her knees and I followed with her,"What...just happened?" Lucy said holding her hand to her new wound on her stomach. I looked down to see how bad it was......I wish I didn't. There was lots of blood and it wasn't stopping. She started to fall backwards when I grabbed her into a hug. She pulled back away a little from me to look at my face. "Natsu....what's up....with that.......face?" I couldn't help it. I was angry with rage but trembling with sadness. I was crying, more like drowning in my tears. Seeing my partner,my best friend dying in front of me killed me. I looked at her trying not to cry,"Its okay Lucy........your gonna be okay." I couldn't help but to cry. I heard a slight giggle from her,"Thanks Natsu........*cough*... thanks for.....taking......me to...Fairy.......Tail....and.......*cough*......giving.....me........adventures." I couldn't help but to be wide eyed."Don't say such things.........*crying*....wait until we get you all better.....and then we can........go on more adventures.", "Heh.....thought you.......might..say...........something.... like...that......;Hey Natsu." Lucy said looking at me with tears in her eyes. "Yea","Thank.....you.......for...*cough*...........making..........*cough*....me.........fall.......................in love",she said with a smile and then nothing. She laid her head against my shoulder going limp. Her hands falling down to her legs. This couldn't be happening it just can't be. I held her tighter."Come on Luce......wake up.......the jokes over now." I shucked her body a little. "Come.....on........wake up...." I started to cry even more now. She always kept that smile."Luce....Lucy!......Lucy!!..........LUUUCCCYY!!!!!WAKE UP PLEASE!!!" I held her body even tighter now against mine."PLEASE WAKE UP PLEASE THIS CAN'T BE HAPPENING!!!!WHAT HAPPENED TO THE ADVENTURES!?!WHOS GONNA YELL AT ME NOW WHEN I SLEEP IN YOUR BED!!!WAKE UUUP.....wake.....up......please.....wake up" I was now in a river of my tears. Putting my head at the crack of her neck. "Please.....wake up.... I wanna.........see you smile again........please.........I wanna.....tell you......I love you" I said in such a low whisper_____________________________________________________________________________________"Natsu " I heard my name but it was faint.
"Natsu!"I heard it again but it was getting louder.
"Natsu wake up!!" I felt a shrug. I slowly started to open my eyes to be surprised at the sight in front of me. Then it happened. Tears falling down my face."Natsu why are you crying what's wrong!?" Lucy said, then I heard her gasped when I suddenly hugged her. I couldn't help myself. I was so relived that it was just a dream. I felt her arms go around my back,"Natsu what's wrong?" "Its nothing. It was just a nightmare." "You wanna talk about it?" I stayed silent for a bet. I was just so glad to see her, to hug her. I knew I would have to pull away at a point though. I hugged her a little tighter and then let go and looked at her, "Nahh I'm fine I'm just happy to see you." I smiled at her to see a small blush form on her cheeks. She started to get out of the bed when I grabbed her hand, "Where are you going? " "Just to get some water for you" "No......please stay", my heart started to get a little fast when I saw her smile. Why is my heart racing? Lucy started to get back in bed when she snuggled next to me , "I'll never leave.","Promise? ", "I promise ", that was the last thing said that night.
