Chapter 8°

Note: Even though it might not seem so it's already 2 weeks after and Davina is adapting really well. She's become a lot closer with Asher, Ken, Justin and Alexis. Although Asher still knows there's something secretive about her. She's trying her best to hide it.

    It's being two weeks already and I've adapted really well.  I've gotten alot more closer to Ken, Justin ,Alexis and also Asher. Asher is a really nice guy, friendly,funny, kinda an asshole at times but he's still really cool. After that night I spent at his place I couldn't stop thinking about him. Thinking about him brings butterflies to my stomach. Thinking about him is just so....not to mention being in the same place as he is, though I do my best in keeping my cool .
       Making my way to the cafeteria alone seeing that Alexis won't be around for a week.  She traveled to Georgia because her grandma is sick or something.
         Vina! I heard my name being  called, turning my head to the voice it was Ken signalling me to come sit with them well I might as well do that,  I don't wanna spend my week all alone anyway.
            Walking towards the table, there were 4 heads instead of the normal 3 I see. Samantha traveled, that was what Ken told me. Asher, Ken, Justin and some other guy whose  face I couldn't see since he had his back turned at me.
      Hey guys! I greeted making my way to sit beside Ken. Looking up to see the new face, I felt as if I've been kicked in my guts and stabbed repeatedly.
       Vina! meet ...
  Mason, I interrupted before it was completed. I could see the smirk on his face.
        Hello kitty Kat! Mason greeted with such hypocrisy in his voice. Seeing him makes me wanna puke my guts out.
        You guys know each other? Asher  asked glancing back and forth between us
     No! Yes! We both muttered at the same time.
     C'mon kitty Kat, denying me now are we?
     Don't call me Kitty Kat! I growled at him.
     Chuckling, he stood up to touch my hands not before I stood a step back and shouted at him, don't you touch me!
     Glaring at him,  I picked up my bag and left the cafeteria with Asher hot on my tail.
         What's wrong with you? He asked pulling my arm so I could face him.
       What's your business anyway ? I snapped back. I felt bad. I know he's being just concerned about me but I'm in no mood for sympathy.
         I know something is wrong baby girl! You can talk to me,he said with sincerity. I just wanted to tell him everything right there but I don't want to entangle him in my past.
        I hissed, and made my way to leave not before he spinned me back .
    "What do you want? I asked"
He kept walking  towards me, as I kept taking a step back.
    I've never been intimidated by anyone before but this guy just makes me nervous.
        "Nothing baby girl", he replied looking at me with amusement in his eyes.
         I'm just intrigued that's all, there's something about you Vina, I will find out. I don't know why I keep getting drawn to you.
         I,I, stammering I didn't know what to say.
       He keeps flicking his gaze from my eyes to my lips. I slightly prayed that he'd kiss me. Does he want to kiss me as much as I want to kiss him.
        Don't say too much, he spoke before kissing me. I was caught off guard for a second but then I closed my eyes and kissed him back, our lips moving in perfect sync. It was as if our lips were molded together. I wish this could go on forever, all I felt is fireworks, I'm swimming in stars but the need for breathe made us pull apart.
    Resting our forehead on each other,  trying to catch out breathe.
     God knows how long I've been meaning to do that,  he muttered. He kissed me on the forehead before walking off.
       He kissed me! Asher Storm just freaking kissed me and i liked it.
       I'm screwed!!!
