IT COMES AND GOES IN WAVES

(MELTING THE GOLD, PAWN SHOP AND ATTACK)

NO ONE'S POV-

They had a plan. Sarah and John B went back to Tanny Hill since Ward was 'worried' about them, after being stopped by Ward just after they left they finally got back to the others, Sarah climbed into the van were only Kie and Milly were, "Where is MJ and SJ?" she asked, "SJ is hanging off the tree and MJ is surfing.... On top of the car." Milly said, they all looked out to see MJ standing on the car on a bord and then SJ hanging upside down on the branch of the tree. "Anyway. He said it looked something like this. That's 50 feet down and they're using 100 feet rope. So I guess this little wagon will go... straight to the gold room." Kie pointed to the drawn diagram, "Who drew this?" Sarah asked, they all laughed, "Who do you think?" Milly replied and they all looked to the 2 boys who were already looking to them, John B was looking over to SJ every second in case she fell and Pope kept getting distracted by Milly. Their eyes met and her cheeks flashed red, "You good?" Kie asked her, "Yeah. I can never actually get over the fact that Pope is my boyfriend." She smiled, "Oh you are together? I never realised." Sarah said, "Yeah we aren't as PDA as JJ and MJ and sometimes John B and SJ, who by the way, I bet will get together soon." They all laughed at Milly's comment but also agreed, "But, it's the small thins that count." She shrugged again, "Aww." The girls replied. They began to move around in the van like having a mini dance off which meant the van was now shaking, "crap. Guys. I don't need live waves. Can you—shit!" MJ felt the bord slip form her feet and she waited for her body to hit the ground but it never came, opening her eyes only to see and familiar pair of tanned arms holding her bridal style, "Am I that hot that I make you fall off a van?" he smirked at her, "You wish, blondie." She smiled, "I'll be wishing beach babe!" he said to her as she walked to the other guys. "Kie. This better work! We can't pawn this if there's a giant wheat symbol on it." He dumped a load of gold on the floor. "That is where MJ comes in." Kie held up the fire torch, "guys." They heard a whimper. All of them looked up to SJ to see her getting up and sitting on the branch but then also the sound of cracking filled their ears, "SJ?" MJ looked at her, "Yeah?" she looked to her sister cautiously since one wrong move and she is plummeting to the ground, "Did you read the 'DO NOT CLIMB!!' sign? Actually don't answer that, I already know my answer." She pointed up to her sister who gave an innocent smiled. CRACK. "Oh shit!" SJ cried slowly standing up. CRACK. "I don't wanna die." CRACK. They all watched as she kept taking small steps closer and closer to the edge, but she wasn't even half way. CRACK. They could all see the branches' break point. CRACK. "Where did John B—" Milly asked and was cut off by the sound of the huge branch snapping completely. They all stepped away and looked to the wood on the floor and back up to the girl only to see John B holding a short breathed brunette close to his chest and she was gripping onto his shirt as tight as she could, "hey. hey. hey. I promise I won't let you fall. look at me. Do you trust me?" John B asked her, he placed a finger under her chin and lifted her face so their eyes met, she just kissed his cheek before climbing down leaving a red face John B up there. Now that they were all safe and, on the ground, Kie threw the tallest of the twins the blow torch and she put all the gold into the pan before beginning to melt it. She was standing and looking around when she felt a pair of hands come from behind her and a head rest on her shoulder, "you're doing it wrong." She heard JJ say, "Am I?" she asked knowing she was doing it all correctly, "Yeah. You have to do it like this." He place a hand on the blow torch, just over hers and an arm around her waist, "You did nothing." She said to him, "I'm protecting you." She just looked at him with a 'are you dumb?' face. She looked over to her sister who was still hugging John B and then the rest of their friends came round and watched the gold melting, Kie and Pope did their handshake and once it was all done they drove to the pawn shop.
