Kyle in mediaHeaven Hartwell
A hot mess. That is the best way to describe this morning. It's to be expected the day of a wedding, but that doesn't make it any less stressful. You really witness it up close if your as close to the bride as I am to Chrissy. I was just in the middle of everything. It's a shame I'm not the maid of honor but whatever.
I helped Chrissy with whatever I could. I was at her house at six in the morning helping her get things organized and supporting her through hair and makeup.
Then I went to the country club early with her, and helped her set things into motion along with some other people and eventually three o'clock rolled around and I could sit down and Chrissy could finally marry the love of her life.
I cried like a baby when the live band started to play the wedding bells and all heads turned to Christiana at the end of the aisle in the most beautiful dress I'd ever seen, looking as beautiful as ever.
Sebastian stood next to her, ready to give her off to Ryan, trusting that he'll care for her the way he does.
Kyle hugged me lovingly because of my dramatics.
Balling like a baby I tell you.
"She's so beautiful." I cried and Kyle rubbed my back.
"Mhm baby. I know." He mumbled.
Jazzy walked before them, a flawless flower girl, and then the glided down the aisle with ease, and every set of eyes followed.
Especially Ryan who looked like he'd drop dead for her right now and wouldn't think twice.
They made it to the front Sebastian gave Ryan a hug and kissed Chrissy on the cheek before taking his seat and the priest began the mending.
I rested my head on Kyle's shoulder and watched happily like the supportive sister in law I am.
They read vows, laughs and aww's rose from the audience, the priest joined the two and they kissed sealing their new marriage.
"Ladies and gentlemen, Ryan and Christiana Folly."
We all went wild like we were at a damn football game or something.
After that is when the rest of the fun kicked in, started with the dance we'd worked so hard on.
We moved to the "dance floor" and got in formation with the married couple in the middle and everyone else gathered around us excitedly. And we danced our little hearts out.
It was so much fun. And I hope grandpa Cooper got all the bomb photos he could because memories were made that were meant to be cherished for a very long time.
And some icing on the cake, I spotted Kyle's silly ex in the audience, mugging me like I was the devil himself. So when dipped me I made sure to wink at her.
Boy the look on her face was to die for.
"You're childish." Kyle whispered in my ear and it made me smile even more. Serves her goddamn right. I am not the one.
After the dance everyone want photos with the newly weds. Then we played games like the shoe game and giant Jenga and I spy which was my freaking favorite because it was a couples scavenger hunt competition. I don't even have to explain given how competitive Kyle and I are.
First flipping place baby!
After the games Ryan and Chrissy opened all their wedding gifts and boy was there a shit ton. They spent almost an hour between the two of them opening gifts. It was so beautiful though. Everyone was so thoughtful. Kyle and I got them a 3D photo lamp with the picture we had of them dancing at a rehearsal.
