Lost

Chapter 2. A Man?

I looked over at Nessi who was at my side. Her snow white coat matched the snow perfectly. Her muzzle was touching the ground sniffing for the food we were sent to come and find.

Mama wouldn't be to mad if we played around a little bit before coming back would she?

I gently nudged Nessi with my foot every so often until she got my message. She turned around and looked at me her tongue sticking out. I smile and through some snow on her laughing when she fell over trying to shake it off.

She looked over at me from her place on the ground before pouncing me sending me to the ground. I laughed and rolled us over quickly going to a standing pose over her body.

Then we heard it a low whimpering sound. I moved away from Nessi so she could get up. I looked over to the sound and then at Nessi.

"Мы должны пойти проверить это? Что, если это потерянный член стаи или другой волк." (Should we go check that out? What if it's a lost pack member or another wolf.)

Nessi let out a low growl in disapproval and even tried pulling on my sleeve.

"Пожалуйста, Неси. Что, если это какие-то пойманные в ловушку собаки нуждаются в нашей помощи?" (Please Nessi. What if it's some trapped dogs that need our help?)

She looked at me and then back the way we came from but then started to walk in front of me leading me to the sound.

I smiled at her, "Спасибо сестра." (Thank you sister.)

She lead me a good way before we saw a wrecked sled. I gasped and ran to it worried there would be someone like I way all those years ago before mama and papa came and saved me.

I moved some fabric and a few blankets before seeing a man. There was also a few dogs that Nessi went to check on. I went over to the male a saw that he had a head injury.

"Справка." (Help)

I looked over at Nessi, "сестра, пожалуйста." (Sister please)

She growled but started to ran back to the den. I quickly fallowed her thankful for my speed and agility. Once we got home mama was waiting on us sitting in the den. Nessi looked at me and growled.

"Мама там человек. Он все еще жив, мы можем спасти его." (Mama there is a human. He's still alive can we save him.)

She growled at the word human but got up. She let out a howl and waited for papa and the other pups to get back.

Rin and Lane were playful biting at eachother and playing while papa went to mama. He cocked his head at her while she out a few growl and then pointed her muzzle at me.

Calli and Nessi growled in their direction before moving in front of me. Once Rin and Lane saw what was going on they moved over to mama and papa licking their muzzles.

Papa growled at Rin which had Nessi growling at him. I looked down as Rin and Lane rubbed agaist my leg whimpering.

I let out a quite growl of my own to mama and papa as they started to come closer to Nessi. We pups stick together.

Mama looked at me her eyes showing power.

Submit.

I growled at the inner voice but did looking down once again.

She walked out of the den grabbing my sleeve on her way saying fallow.

We all followed her until she looked at Nessi and I.

Nessi started to lead the way me by her side. We walked quickly but slow enough to still be called a walk.

Once we got back to the man mama walked over to the dogs like Nessi did. She looked at papa and he got the message going over to them and nudging them each once of twice.

He then walked back over to three dogs looking at mama. She yipped and they started to bite at the harnesses holding them in place.

Once that was done the dogs ran over to their master and then looked at mer.

I jumped when I felt a warm tongue touch my hand. I looked down and my eyes widened.

"Кота?" (Kota?)

I looked over at the little puppy pulling on my jacket. I smiled at him as he let out a playful growl and tugged some more. I finally fallowed him outside.

I could feel tears start to form as her looked up at me his one brown eye and once blue eye meeting my eyes.

"Нет Кота. Вы будете спать на полу." My father scolded him as he once again placed him on the floor. (No Kota. You will sleep on the floor.)

After he left I quickly picked Kota up and placed him under my blankets letting him snuggle up to me and lick at my face.

I sunk to the floor and opened my eyes. As soon as he saw them he ran up to them and jumped into my arms. I looked at mama and papa as they howled.

Mama walked over to me and licked my check. Her eyes only showed love as she looked at papa.

Then I felt two more noses I looked down seeing Possy and Amber.

"Мед. У тебя есть еще несколько щенков, чтобы приручить." My father walked in holding a box that had a growling noise coming out of it. He handed the box to me and opened it showing two very angery pups. I smiled and called for Kota.

He walked over and looked inside of the box and started to bark at the puppies. They quickly quit growling and I picked up the red husky.

"Амбер." (Amber)

Then I grabbed the plain white husky.

"Посси" (Possy)

I looked at Mama and Papa who were digging in the ground. It took me a minute to relieze that they were digging holes for the body's of the dogs that didn't make it.

I looked at them and started to place the dogs in the hole kissing each of them on the head before placing them down. I moved so Calli and Nessi could kick the dirt back on them before moving to the next.

After we were done my the wolves and dogs alike started to howl. I just sat there letting tears flow over. After we were doing mama and papa each grabbed one of the man's sleeves. While Calli and Nessi started to drag two blanket like items.

Once we made our way to the den I crawled in and sat in the corner being surrounded my Kota, Possy, and Amber.

Mama and papa looked at me and they started to form around me and the dogs. I smiles and patted them as the other wolves covered the man's body with the blanket like thing.
