Okay, fellow readers and Wattpaders. I have some news for you. I have gotten comments requesting that I continue this fanfic, so I will be writing one chapter with a sad/bad ending, and one ending that's a good/happy ending. Feel free to pick which one you would like to read, or you can read both. For instance, if you know that you prefer more light-hearted fanfics and you want to be able to sleep well tonight than I would suggest the good ending. If you are looking for some spice and angst in your life and you don't mind screwing up your sleep schedule to cry tonight then you might wanna try the bad ending. If you wanted to read the bad ending and then decided that you need something happy to cheer you up or you're just a completionist, feel free to read both. Let me know in the comments which one you liked better or preferred so that I can write fanfics in the future with more prevalence towards that type of writing. Without further ado, grab a snuggle buddy and I hope you like the endings of this story!

Two weeks later...

Todoroki's POV:

Sitting in the metal chair, I stared out the window at the sunny and colorful day. All with the beauty of nature and the completely blue sky, it was a sign of rejuvenation and happiness.

None of that seemed to carry into the partially dark hospital room.

Looking back at Midoriya, tears sprang to my eyes. Even when unconscious, he always seemed to have a bright and peaceful state that radiated off of him. He was my sun. And now he seemed to be getting dimmer.

Unlike the sun outside, which could last billions of years, he only had so much time left.

A white cord stuck out of his arm but I grabbed his hand nonetheless and held it against my face, wishing that if only just one more time, he would hold my head in the palm of his hand and smile my pain and worries away.

Deku's POV:

The sensation of warm tears on my hand slowly brought me back to reality. As my sight cleared and the bright light of a hospital room filled my eyes, I groaned, my head throbbing and my body feeling broken.

I heard a sudden gasp, and turning my head towards it, I saw Todoroki sitting next to the bed, holding my hand, his eyes flooded with tears as a big smile lit up his face. I offered a weak smile back and he tightened his grip on my hand. I wearily brushed the stray hair off his face and cupped his cheek in my hand.

After a few minutes, he reluctantly stood up and left the room. He brought two people back with him. A nurse, and...

Bakugo's POV:

Icy-Hot sprang into the hallway, out of Deku's room. He was crying heavier than I had ever seen him cry before, and smiling. Something he hadn't done since before the accident. Without saying a word, he led me into the room after calling over a nurse.

As I walked in, I took a glance at Deku's bed.

The real reason why I didn't come in the room on this visit. I couldn't bear to see him in the state he was in.

Seeing the bright eyes of Deku, something I hadn't seen in weeks, immediately caught me off guard. I stopped dead in my tracks and dropped to my knees. I started bawling my eyes out.

"I thought you never cried! You always said it was a sign of weakness!" Deku said, out of surprise. I shifted my way across the floor and threw my arms around the boy. Burying my head in his chest, I inhaled his familiar scent that made me feel safe.

Deku's POV:

Kacchan, crying into my hospital gown was unexpected to say the least. I gently put my hand on his back and rested the side of my face on his head. The nurse respectfully left the room to give us a few minutes.
