Harry Potter
Fred×Cole
(Second year, 13-14)

(Literally one of my favorite match-ups)

(Fred and Cole have known one another since her first year after a dubious prank of her's gone wrong. However, since she's a Slytherin and he's a Gryffindor... it's a little hard to hang out. Cue, an impromptu meet-up at midnight while sneaking around in the kitchen.)

--------------------------------------------
Fred quietly and quickly dodged around the corner. His brother had said it was his night to make a run to the kitchen, so here he hid.. dodging the halls like the miscreant he was. The kitchen was just around the next bend, so he looked up one hall and down the next before running around the corner.

He didn't have any trouble the whole way down, so wasn't suprised when he pulled open the doors to an empty kitchen. He looked around for a moment, listening for noise. As he stepped further into the dimly lit room, he was suddenly terrified to hear a crinkling noise.

Thinking it to be a House Elf, he ducked behind a cabinet. He knew it wasn't a good hiding place, but he silently held his breath anyway, wondering how he was going to get out of this one.

What he didn't expect, was to see a VERY undignified Cole sneaking by. She tiptoed around in knee high Slytherin socks like a dork and was balancing a fairly large tub. It was packed to the top with too many snacks and resting on her hips where she happened to be wearing obscenely short white shorts. Her wand was tucked into a white tank-top with the point sticking out, clearly holding up the couple of snacks floating above her head. Clenched between her teeth was at least three more packages that quietly crinkled back and forth when she moved, just like her snow blonde hair that was tied up in a short, messy, ponytail.

Fred sat there a moment in shock before coming out of his hiding place.

"Blondie? What're you doing out here so late?"

Upon seeing him she nearly dropped the bucket, jumping a solid foot in the air. She yelped, dropping the snacks in her mouth, above her head, and a few that flew out of the tub. When she recognized who it was, she whisper shouted his name in irritation. He'd swear she would've thrown something if her hands weren't full.

"Freddie you-"

She clipped the sentence to cut off a cussing remark. He smiled his own special goofy smile. Even though Fred and his brother were identical twins, Cole soon realized that their smiles were different in the slightest way... that's how she instantly knew it was infact Fred who'd scared the Hecate out of her.

He was still wearing his school pants, despite the late hour. However, instead of his school shirt he was wearing a loose t-shirt. He just slipped on his shoes for the trip to the kitchen thinking he wouldn't be very long. His fluffy ginger hair laying neatly at his shoulders. She stood there without another word until he spoke.

"What's all that for?"

She sighed and knelt down to quietly pick up her stache of food. She figured it would be pretty self explanatory.

"It was my turn to make the trip tonight."

Fred kneeled down so he could keep talking to her easier. She looked up at him from her own spot on the floor. He looked confused.

"Make the trip?"

"Yea. All the Slytherin's are in the common room tonight so they needed some snacks. I got punishment cause I'm an asshole."

Cole snickers and Weasley scrunched his face, smile still in place.

"What?"

"Punishment. It's a Slytherin tradition."
