Ashton's P.o.V

After they made it public and now sat cuddling on the couch, I watched them the whole time with a smile.

I wonder if Luke sees it that way.
I mean, the same cuddling as them.
Sure, like I said before, we've known each other for a while now and cuddling is quite normal now and then.

But just as friends.

,,Ash?" Whispered to me by Luke, who was sitting next to me.

I turned my head to him.

,,Yeah?" I asked him back in a whisper.

,,Come with me." He said, and stood up.

I first looked at him confused but then I got up and followed him further back in the bus.

,,And now?" I asked as we sat down on the couch in the so-called "realx area".

He looked at me and quickly looked back.

,,Everything okay?" I asked him to be careful and put my left hand on his right knee.

Now he looked at me again and gave me a crooked smile.

,,Y-yes." He replied, briefly letting his eyes fall on my hand.

,,It doesn't really look like that." I returned smiling.

Luke laughed for a moment and looked away a little.

,,Well, uh, Cal and Michael are together and... this is so embarrassing... so uhh in the interview you said you weren't sure about your sexuality and-"

This whole stuttering confused me even more, although it is actually quite sweet but no.

,,Say it." I interrupted him.

He looked at me again.

,,Okay, you can do this... Ashton, maybe you'd like to have dinner with me?" He asked quietly, looking at me with slightly rosy cheeks.

OMG YESS...sorry...

,,I'd love to." I said that without freaking out.

Luke looked at me like he had won the lottery.

,,R-really?" He asked, carefully.

I just nodded and pressed his knee with my hand, which was still on it.

,,You don't know how happy I am right now..." He said more to himself.

,,Hey, I feel the same way, but when are we going to dinner anyway?" I asked Luke.

,,Oh, um... I didn't really think about it. I was just kind of glad I wasn't completely freaking out..."  He said with a smile and still looked at me a bit embarrassed.

,,We don't have to right away, right?" I asked and got a nod in response.

,,We'll do it, Luke, we promised." I said to him and kissed his hand.

,,Yes." Luke said, grinning even more.
