" can I help you?" I asked with that attitude of mine
" just checking on my son " he said looking at the now sleeping carl that was on my lap
" well I think the person who you should be checking out is not your son " I said
I think he got the wrong idea because he looked at me.
" dude relax its not me its your wife" I said laughing
" oh.. Wait why do you say that" he gave me a puzzled look
" oh you don't know?" I asked
" know what?"
Omg I can't believe it .he doesn't know about shane and lori and for once I am not going to be the one to tell him that his wife is a cheating liar.
" oh..um.. You should talk about that with your wife" I said turning away to go to sleep
"Well I'll tell you what ,I'll go talk to her and then I'll come back" he said , I nodded
He went to Lori's tent and I guess the talk went great because before I knew it I heard moans and things I really didn't want to hear from her.
( next day)
" ashley wake up" I opened my eyes to see carl but I closed them again and pretend to be asleep
"Ok you made me do this " he said and before I could ask myself what he was talking about he started tickling me
"CARL-ST-OP" I said trying to get my breath back
"If you promise me chocolate on your next run" he said
" ok" i say defeated.. he smiled
" you brat" I said" I know right " he said and started to run out of the tent
When I got out of the tent Sophia and Carl tackle me to the floor
"Get off me " I laugh and heard the group laugh too
When they finally got off me ,I walked up to the camp fire
" when you want to screw around can you pleas take it elsewhere because people here want to sleep you know..damm" I said pointing at Rick and Lori ,they both turned red and Lori gave me a death glare
"Well its not our fault that we have someone to give love to" she said making me stop dead in my tracks and turn around
"well I guess that for you that's not love its more like a routine because it was clear to me that you where fuck shane in the wood when you said you where going to 'pick up berries'. Oh yeah and then your husband comes and you fuck him too.that's not love Lori thats call being slut and if you call that love then I'll Rather not be in love" she had her hands over her mouth and looking at Rick " oh and im so sorry for you,Rick you can do so much better than her" and with that I was walking to the woods with my crossbow in hand
Hunting always helps clear my head .
RICKS POV
"What is she talking about ? " I asked Lori who was still shock
" is it true that you did it with him?" I asked and she just nod like it was nothing" I did rick and I love you but I love shane too" she said . And I started to walk to the woods
" where are you going?" She asked
"Why do you care, clearly you love shane " I said
I went to the woods and to my luck I bump into something and the first thing I see were those beautiful blue eyes and a crossbow in my face. She soon realized it was me and lowered her weapon and helped me up
" what are you doing here?" She asked annoyed
"Just.. Just need space you know" I said
" well I'm going to the lake want to come?" She asked me
" ok.. "
"Look.. Im sorry about your brother " I said to her breaking the silence as we walk to the lake
"Its ok I will miss him.. Even though he was a pain in the ass" she said but like always never showing any emotion on her face.
We got to the lake. she was playing with the water with her feet and I was sitting next to her on the boardwalk
" so tell me about yourself" I said wanting to talk to her
" well I got 2 brothers , I am the youngest but the toughest, no boyfriend, no husband , no family and guess its too late for that road. I am a proud hunter and the badass of my family, if you could call it that" she whispered the last thing " what about you officer friendly" she said and I smiled at the nickname she gave me
" well if you must know , Mrs.Dixon I am not that friendly" I said
" oh really.. Prove it" she said and I pushed her into the water
" oh its so on" she said and pulled me into the water . We where there for what seems like eternity, she would splash me with water and try to swim away but I would catch her
" ok we should totally head back it's getting dark" she said smiling . I couldn't stop staring at her she was beautiful
We started to head back.start to walk back we were talking
" look I need to tell you something it's not a problem to me but I think you should talk to him because well you're his father after all" she said
"What is it ?" I asks concerned
"Carl is confused with everything happening and he's started to want to stay with me because he resents Lori" she looked at me worried
"I don't blame him" the words left me before I could think.....
