The small girl sat beside the man as he drove her away from East Wood.

"What's your name? I never caught it."
"My name is Kyla! What about you're name?" She asked.
"I'm James." He smiled at her.

She kept talking to him as they inched closer to James' cabin. She looked out the window. He shook my head pulling my hand into a fist.

"This isn't where East Wood is! Let me out! Help! Someone! Please!!" She banged her hand against the window as she screamed.

His face turned red and James lifted his fist. She looked at James as he launched his hand forward. She had her head against the door. She was knocked out. James stopped at his cabin as the dog barked.

James was pissed. He pulled out his gun and shot the dog in the head three times. He put his hand on his head wiping his sweat. James shoved his gun back into his pants.

He slammed my car door shut and opened the girls. I lifted her up and carried her into my cabin. I set her unconscious body on the couch as I lifted a hatch under the rug to a small compartment.

I stepped down the uneven wooden stairs and flipped the light on when I got to the bottom. I hiked back up the stairs to Kyla. Her delicate face unconscious and pale. I heaved her over my shoulder and walked down the stairs.

The room I set her in had three beds and a dresser. I've had girls here before. I set her down on one of the beds. She still was knocked out. I left through the door and locked it. Now I need to get another girl.
