"Elera! You already look beautiful babe, but we really need to get going!" I hollered down the hall towards the bathroom. The light was on and I could see the shadow she was casting on the wooden floor. I could hear the clicking of makeup in her bag, rummaging around to quickly finish getting ready.

I walked over to the body length mirror hanging on the other side of my closet door and tied the front tie of my gray joggers, my eyes running over the entirety of my body. Not only did the girl's seem to pay more attention to me when I wore gray sweats or joggers, but Elera seemed to like them a lot too.

I didn't get it.

I glanced over at the electronic clock sitting on the nightstand next to my bed and hummed to myself as I made sure I had everything I needed to take the ride to the new dance studio I was practicing at. Usually around this time I would be teaching class, but with this new group and an upcoming debut in a few months, I didn't have time to teach every day.

That's why I had someone I trusted with my entire life teaching the class for me. Someone who was skilled in dance and someone who could keep the class on their toes.

Lucas.

I grabbed the black duffel bag I took with me to practice and put on some black tennis shoes to match my simple black t-shirt. I went ahead and threw on a denim jacket to dress up my more casual look and put on my glasses before heading towards the front door.

I could hear Elera's heeled boots behind me, her eyes smiling at me as I let myself take her in. She was in a black short-sleeved shirt with a denim skirt, her black boots to match and a black choker around her neck. We were practically matching without even intending too. She took her purse off of the hook by the front door and slung it around her shoulder.

"You stole my look." She teased, gently standing on her tiptoes to press a kiss to my lips. I kissed her back without hesitation, my hand gently resting on the small of her back.
"At Least this way the boys will know who you belong to." I mumbled, pulling away with a smirk on my lips before stepping back and grabbing the front door for her. I slipped behind her and grabbed my keys before I headed out to the car and made sure she got in just fine before driving off towards the new building that was becoming my second home.

I walked hand and hand with Elera up the large staircase, holding the front door open for her before leading her down an arrangement of long hallways. People practiced in studios left and right, but there was no question where we were going when the chaotic screams came from down the hall. From behind the door you could hear beatboxing.

"Uh! Johnny's gonna freestyle."

"I lived in America for four years!"

I couldn't help but shake my head, a laugh escaping my lips as I held the door open for Elera. As soon as she stepped in, everyone had stopped doing what they were doing and turned to look.

"Mark!" Johnny yelled, running over and quickly wrapping an arm around me. "We missed you man!" He chimed, the other members nodding and making their way over from all parts of the studio.

"Guys, I wanted to introduce you to my girlfriend Elera." I smiled, stepping away from Johnny and looking at the boys in front of me. " She wanted to come and watch rehearsal so I thought I'd bring her along." I said, walking back over to her.

"Elera, this is Johnny, Taeil, Taeyong, Doyoung, Haechan, Yuta, and Jae-"

"I know him." She cut me off, her eyes practically stabbing daggers into Jaehyun as she stood there, her arms crossed over her chest. I furrowed my eyebrows in confusion before the scene from the beach party replayed in my mind. My eyes widened as I realized.
