I've moved into my dorm, luckily I don't have a roomate. Which is abnormal I believe. Oh well, no questions will be asked. My parents said their goodbyes an hour ago and another orientation starts shortly. Only this time, it will be to meet our teachers. I mean professors.

First impressions mean alot to me so I throw on something savvy enough to be remembered. Our schedules were emailed to us and my 1st block is orchestra. My heart is content with pure ecstacy. Once I leave my room a girl grabs my arm and startles the life out of me. She looks at me with the biggest smile, "Hi, we're neighbors and I reside across the hall. I like to help freshman out because this campus is bigger than 5 football fields..." she looks down at my phone. "Where do you need to go? orchestra? I will take you! My name is Ana Jameson." I smile and nod "Yes, please, I'm Astor DeSanta it is very nice to meet you."

As we walk, we make small talk, learn a little more about each other and I think it is safe to say I have made a new friend. She's very sweet and patient with me, despite being anxious around people I do not know. I clung to her arm very hard and I know it must have been a little uncomfortable for her. Sorry, Ana! We make it in front of the door and she gives me a reassuring look. "Go meet your orchestra members, they will love you, especially since you're well known." She walks away. Um, what is that supposed to mean? Was she saying I may have popularity just cause of my dad? I really don't want people to only know me because of my dad, so if that's the case, I need to make a name for myself. I walk in and dust the past 3 minutes off. Damon introduced me to the 40 students that were already chatting amongst themselves. "Everyone, this is Astor, she's a freshman and she will be in symphonic orchestra with you guys. Be nice to her, as we are to everyone else." Their faces light up as they realize who I am and my face turns red, I cannot handle this.

"Damon, I mean professor sorry, I have bad anxiety, things like this scares me." I move over to him and turn away. He pats my shoulder in an understanding way. "Guys try not to crowd her, she's a little shy."

"Well maybe it's because she doesn't like large crowds, prof." I hear a girl say

"We have so many concerts during the year, how will she function?" Another boy shouts out.

"Are you sure you're ready for this?" A final girl comes up to me saying in a daring way.

I turn around and nod facing my fear, saying screw anxiety. "Yes, my dad raised me to overcome anything, I know I got this. Don't worry about me. I will catch on quickly to everything you guys know and do." She couldn't say anything back because it was time to rotate. I leave and stay in the last 5 classes for 20 minutes each, I just want to get back to my dorm. I am a nice person but I don't like being tested by people I do not know. It was uncalled for.

Finally after a 30 minute search I found my room. After I shower, get in bed and turn on my Skyrim Ambience, there's a knock at the door. After contemplating sure enough, I get up and open the door. Who is it at 7 pm, we just had orientation at 5, God.

I look out of the thingy where you can see who's at the door, I don't know what it's called don't clown me for being slow.

It's Damon...
